
The Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol, more commonly known by the acronym UNCAF, represents the national football teams of Central America: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its member associations are part of CONCACAF.

The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football is one of FIFA's six continental governing bodies for association football. Its 41 member associations represent countries and territories mainly in North America, including the Caribbean and Central America, and due to geopolitical reasons, three nations from The Guianas subregion of South America — Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana. The CONCACAF's primary functions are to organize competitions for national teams and clubs, and to conduct the World Cup and Women's World Cup qualifying tournaments.

The Football Federation of Belize (FFB), formerly known as the Belize National Football Association (BNFA) and founded in 1980, is the governing body of football in Belize. It is a member of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), CONCACAF, and Union Centroamericana de Fútbol (UNCAF).

The Costa Rican Football Federation, commonly known as FEDEFUTBOL or FEDEFUT, is the official association football governing body in Costa Rica and is in charge of the Costa Rica national football team.

The Salvadoran Football Federation is the official governing football organization in El Salvador and is in charge of the El Salvador national football team, and El Salvador national beach soccer team The federation is also in charge of the three tiers of domestic club competition, including the top-flight Primera División de Fútbol Profesional.

The National Football Federation of Guatemala, known as Fedefut Guate or FENAFUTG, is the governing body of football in Guatemala. It organizes the football league, Liga Nacional de Guatemala, Primera División de Ascenso, Segunda División de Ascenso, Copa de Guatemala and the Guatemala national football team. Its offices are located in Guatemala City.

The National Autonomous Federation of Football of Honduras, known as FENAFUTH, is the official football governing body in Honduras and is in charge of the Honduras national team. FENAFUTH was founded in 1935 and joined FIFA in 1946. It joined CONCACAF in 1961.

The Nicaraguan Football Federation is the official governing body of football (soccer) in Nicaragua and is in charge of the Nicaragua national football team.

The Panamanian Football Federation, known as FEPAFUT, is the official governing body of football in Panama and is in charge of the Panama national football team. FEPAFUT was a founding member of CONCACAF in 1961.
