The senior team split off and formed a new club in 2014 which became known as MD FF Köping, the MD for sponsorship reasons. In 2016 the two clubs agreed to merge yet again and now both the senior team and the youth section are part of Köping FF.

Tillberga IK were founded in 1930 and play their home games at Rocklunda. Tillberga IK have struggled in the Allsvenskan this season finishing bottom of the Norra division and will have a difficult fight to avoid relegation during the Superallsvenskan. Tillberga IK gained promotion in the 2005–06 season by finishing top in the Division One Norra Playoffs.

The senior side currently plays in the Swedish Allsvenskan, the top-tier league of Swedish women's bandy, and has done so for a number of years. The club was the runner-up for the Swedish Championship in 2017.
