San Marino Baseball Club is a professional baseball team based in the city of San Marino, in the Republic of San Marino. The current commercial name is T & A San Marino because the main sponsor of the club is currently Tecnologie e Ambiente S.A.. San Marino plays in the Italian Baseball League, the top level of professional baseball in Italy. It has frequently participated in the European Cup and won the European championship in 2006, 2011 and 2014. It won in 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013 the Italian League championship.

San Marino competed at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France.

San Marino competed at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway.

San Marino competed at the 2014 European Athletics Championships in Zürich, Switzerland, between 12 and 17 August 2014. A delegation of two athletes were sent to represent the country.

San Marino is expected to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games have been postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be the nation's fifteenth appearance at the Summer Olympics.

San Marino participated at the inaugural edition of the European Games in 2015.

San Marino made its Paralympic Games début at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, sending a single, wildcard wheelchair athlete to compete in the shot put. He did not win a medal.
