
Ajo Motorsport is a Finnish Grand Prix motorcycle racing team, currently competing in the Moto2 and Moto3 classes under the name Red Bull KTM Ajo and in the MotoE class under the name Avant Ajo MotoE. The team's founder and principal is former racer Aki Ajo. His son, former racer Niklas Ajo, is also involved in the team as crew chief and race engineer in the Moto3 programme.

Ilmor was a British independent high-performance auto racing engineering company. It was founded by Mario Illien and Paul Morgan in November 1983. With manufacturing based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire, and maintenance offices in Plymouth, Michigan, the company supplies engines and consultancy to the IndyCar Series and MotoGP.

KM Racing Team was created in 2008 by connection of Martin Macik's Truck Team and Pavel Kubicek's motorcycle team. Martin Macík was a pilot of truck Liaz participating in the Dakar Rally since 2003 and as one team called KM Racing linked since Dakar moved to South America in 2009. During the four South American Races the team used trucks Liaz with pilots Macík Martin, Ladislav Fajtl, Vlastimil Vildman and Jaroslav Valtr, motorcyclists David Pabiska, Randysek Dusan and Ivan Jakes and quad riders Josef Machacek and Martin Plechaty.

LCR Team is a motorcycle racing team currently competing in the MotoGP World Championship under the name LCR Honda Castrol with rider Álex Márquez and LCR Honda Idemitsu with rider Takaaki Nakagami, as well as the MotoE World Cup under the name LCR E-Team. The team was founded in 1996 by Italian rider Lucio Cecchinello.

They have also previously contested in rallying at various rally raid events, such as the Dakar Rally.

Moto Rapido Racing is a motorbike racing team, currently competing in the British Superbike Championship. For the first half of the 2018 season, the superbike rider was Taylor Mackenzie, who replaced injured American John Hopkins. For the second half of the 2018 season Tommy Bridewell succeeded Mackenzie as sole BSB rider. He was retained for 2019 finishing in third place with 636 points, and is contracted again for 2020.

Pramac Racing is a motorcycle racing team currently competing in the MotoGP and MotoE World Championships. The team was created in 2002 by Italian company Pramac. In 2005 Pramac Racing joined forces with d'Antin MotoGP to form Pramac d'Antin and in 2007 the team became part of the Pramac Group. After d'Antin left the team in 2008, the team became known as Pramac Racing.

RW Racing GP is a motorcycle racing team founded by businessman Roelof Waninge from The Netherlands. The team currently competes in the Moto2 World Championship under the name NTS RW Racing GP, in a technical partnership running the factory team for Japanese motorcycle chassis builder NTS.

Scot Racing Team is a motorcycle racing team from Italy. For 2009 it ran in MotoGP as a self-contained entity for the first time, running Hungarian rider Gábor Talmácsi on a Honda. They also continued with their long-time involvement in the 250cc class, running 2008 125cc runner-up Simone Corsi on a Honda. They withdrew from MotoGP at the end of the 2009 season.

The Sepang Racing Team is a Malaysian Grand Prix motorcycle racing team owned by the Sepang International Circuit. First established in 2015 in the Moto3 class, and expanded on 2019, fielding teams in MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 championships. Shaun Muir Racing is an international race team based in Guisborough, Cleveland in the north-east of England. The team is owned by Shaun Muir, a former international superbike racer. In 2019, they became the BMW works team using BMW S1000RR machines.

Sic58 Squadra Corse is an Italian motorcycle racing team founded by Paolo Simoncelli in honour of his son, Marco Simoncelli. The SKY Racing Team VR46 is a motorcycle racing team owned by Valentino Rossi and based in Tavullia. The team races in Grand Prix motorcycle racing in the Moto3 category with KTM RC250GP motorcycles and in the Moto2 category with Kalex Moto2 bike. The team manager is the former road racer Pablo Nieto. Team SKY-VR46 has collected 24 wins and one riders' championship. The team is only interested in employing racers from Italy.

Suzuki MotoGP is the official factory-backed team of Suzuki in the MotoGP World Championship, running under the Team SUZUKI ECSTAR name for sponsorship purposes. Suzuki withdrew from competition at the end of the 2011 season. However, in June 2013, Suzuki announced they would end their hiatus and return to MotoGP with a factory team in 2015.

Team Pro Circuit is a Motorcross and Supercross team based in Corona, California. It is owned and operated by Mitch Payton. Team Pro Circuit competes in the AMA Motocross and Supercross championships on Kawasaki 250cc four-stroke motorcycles.

Team Stratos is a Spanish motorcycle racing team. The team raced in 2015 FIM CEV Moto2 European Championship season in the Moto2 category with Ariane Racing motorcycles and also competed in the European Superbike Championship with Yamaha motorcycles. In 2016 Team Yamaha Stratos competed in Spanish Roadracing Championship in Stock1000 and Stock 600, also at European FIMCEV Repsol in Moto2, Stock600 and EuropeanTalent Cup.

WTR-Ten10 refers to the team partnership between the WTR and Ten10 Racing teams, which is structured on a three-year basis. It is the first team from India to participate in the MotoGP. The team will feature in the new Moto3 class in 2017 and also has intentions to compete in the Moto2 category in the future. In the 125cc category, the new collaboration will also provide an Italian and an Indian rider on the 2017 7grid, signifying the first participation for an Asian country in the World Championship.

Yamaha Motor Racing or Yamaha Factory Racing is the official Italian-Japanese factory team of Yamaha in MotoGP.
