Beistegui Hermanos S.A. (BH) is a Spanish bicycle manufacturer founded in 1909 to make guns. In 1919, after World War I, BH began making bicycles. Prior to the Spanish Civil War, Beistegui Hermanos also produced firearms, specifically copies of the Ruby pistol and Mauser C96.

The Bickerton, also called the Bickerton Portable, is a portable aluminium folding bicycle designed by Harry Bickerton and manufactured in the UK between 1971 and 1989. After the end of production in 1989, the factory did not close its doors until 1991. The Bickerton was a portable bicycle launched when folding bicycles tended to be 20-inch (51 cm) step-through frames with a simple hinge, such as the folding variant of the Raleigh Twenty. The bicycle was made entirely of aluminium profiles, without any welds. In its weight and folded package size it broke new ground and it is cited by Andrew Ritchie as one of his inspirations in creating the highly successful Brompton bicycle.
Bike Friday is a manufacturer of folding, small-wheeled bicycles that is headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, United States. The company was founded in 1992 by brothers Alan Scholz and Hanz Scholz. By 2018, it employed 22 people and manufactured frames in Eugene. Alan Scholz also founded Burley Design Cooperative in 1978.

Bilenky Cycle Works is an American handmade bicycle manufacturer located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded by Stephen Bilenky, a member of the musical group The Notekillers, in 1983, BCW fabricates both frames and complete bicycles, ranging from TIG welded track bikes to intricately lugged tandems. BCW has been featured in many bicycle publications, art shows, and is a frequent winner of national awards. Most Bilenky frames are steel although titanium is being used with more frequency. Bilenky has installed tens of thousands of S&S couplers, both in their own bikes and other brands.

Biomega is a Copenhagen-based, Danish brand of designer bicycles. It is known for engaging international designers from outside the bicycle industry—including Marc Newson, Ross Lovegrove and Karim Rashid— in designing its products. In addition to producing bikes under its own name, Falcon produces bicycles under a joined brand with Puma AG.

Borile makes retro-modern bicycles and motorcycles in Padova, Italy, such as the B500CR, "a modern day interpretation of how a BSA Gold Star would look if it were produced today." Borile's technically advanced yet aesthetically vintage motorcycles are at the center of a marked retro wave during the first decade of the 21st century. Early Boriles were handmade, limited-production creations, but later models are mass-produced.

The Campion Cycle Company was a British bicycle, cyclecar and motor cycle maker, active from 1893 to 1926 and based in Nottingham, England. In 1927 it was purchased by Currys.

Cilo was a Swiss manufacturer of bicycles that filed for bankruptcy in 2002. The bicycles were produced on the shores of Lake Geneva in Romanel-sur-Lausanne in the Vaud canton.

Cycles Follis, founded in 1903 and previously based in 10, rue Danton, Lyon, France, was a long-established artisan manufacturer in the French bicycle industry. Cycles Follis built a range of bicycles, but was particularly well known for its tandems and racings. During the 1940s and 1950s, he received many patents, mostly on brakes and drivetrain components. In the 1940s and 1950s Follis had teams and individual racers competing for him in his own name, most notably Jean Forestier, who won numerous races and three stages of the Tour de France in 1954-1957, finishing 4th overall in 1957 and winning the green jersey.

Felt Racing is an American bicycle brand based in Irvine, California. Felt produces road, mountain, track, cyclocross, electric bicycles, and cruiser bikes. All design is completed in the USA and the majority of production comes from Asia. The company also has a strong reputation in the time trial/triathlon bike area and for several years provided bicycles to UCI teams in the Tour de France. Felt still supports several professional level race teams including Hincapie Racing and Team Twenty 16.

GeoOrbital is an electric wheel system fitted to existing bicycles by the American company GeoOrbital, Inc. It launched its successful crowdfunding campaign in 2016. A GeoOrbital powered bike was featured during TechCrunch Disrupt NY 2016 at Brooklyn, NY in May 2016. In May 2017 it launched a Crowdfunding Reg CF campaign on the site StartEngine

Gormully & Jeffery was an American bicycle company, founded in Chicago by Thomas B. Jeffery and R. Phillip Gormully. It marketed bicycles under the Rambler brand, was at one time the second largest bicycle manufacturer in the United States, and was sold to the American Bicycle Company in 1900.

International Surrey Company Ltd., also called "The Surrey Company", is a quadracycle manufacturer based in La Marque, Texas, United States. The company began production in the mid-1980s and specializes in providing products for the quadracycle rental market.
Iron Horse Bicycles was a manufacturer of bicycles, in Islandia, New York, United States from 1987 to 2009. Its logo was a prancing horse on a mustard-color crest similar to the Ferrari logo. Iron Horse sold racing bikes and mountain bikes, but mainly downhill, freeride, and all mountain.

Islabikes is a manufacturer of bicycles based near Ludlow in Shropshire, England. Originally known for children's bikes, since 2019 the company has also produced bicycles aimed at the over 65s. It was founded in 2006 by competitive cyclist Isla Rowntree, the name Islabikes derived from her first name, initially located at Claverley in east Shropshire until it moved in 2010. In November 2014 the company employed 40 people. Islabikes is known to produce very light bikes where all components are designed specifically for the intended rider. In 2011 Islabikes introduced its first adult-sized model, the Beinn 29. Islabikes opened a North American headquarters in Portland, Oregon and began sales in April, 2013, but pulled out of the US market in 2018 due to uncertainty over Brexit and US regulations. The bicycles are designed in the UK and manufactured in Vietnam.

Italvega is a brand of road bicycles designed, specified, imported and marketed by the California-based bicycle distributor, Lawee, Inc., founded by Ben Lawee, who also created the Univega and Bertoni bicycle brands.

Magna is an American bicycle brand owned by Dynacraft BSC. Magna bikes are produced in China and are sold in American retail stores such as Target and Wal-Mart.

Marin is a bicycle manufacturer founded in Marin County, California and established in 1986. It specializes in mountain bikes but also offers several other variants. Many of its bike models are named after locations in and around Marin County.

Marzocchi is an Italian manufacturer founded in 1949 by the two brothers Stefano and Guglielmo Marzocchi. The company profile doesn't include hydraulic industrial pumps anymore but only suspension components for motorcycles and bicycles. The Marzocchi Pompe is still in the hands of the Marzocchi Family and produces gear pumps and motors in Bologna. In 2008 the company was acquired by American automotive parts manufacturer Tenneco.In the 4th quarter of 2015, Fox Factory acquired certain assets of Marzocchi's mountain bike product lines.
Mercian Cycles is a custom bicycle manufacturer based in Derby, England. The firm was founded by Tom Crowther and Lou Barker in 1946 and named after the ancient kingdom of Mercia. Early frames built by Mercian were known as "crowbars", a pun on the surnames of Crowther and Barker. Mercian Cycles operated a retail shop in Alvaston until early 2019, when it relocated back to its manufacturing unit within Derby.
Merida Industry Co., Ltd is a Taiwan-based company with R&D headquarters in Germany that designs, manufactures and markets bicycles globally in over 77 countries. Founded in 1972 by Ike Tseng (1932–2012), the company designs and manufactures over 2 million bicycles a year at its factories in Taiwan, China and Germany. After Tseng's death in January 2012, his son Michael Tseng became the company's president.
The Milwaukee Bicycle Co. is brand of bicycle and bicycle parts. It is the house brand of Ben's Cycle and Fitness, a family-owned bicycle shop in the Lincoln Village neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Norco Bicycles is a bicycle manufacturer founded in 1964 and headquartered in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.

Novara, was the private label brand of bicycles, apparel and bicycle accessories, that was exclusively available through the consumer cooperative REI. The brand was introduced in 1983 and was headquartered in Kent, Washington. Novara bikes are designed in house; outsourced for manufacturing, then finished by REI.

Phillips Cycles Ltd. was a British bicycle manufacturer based in Smethwick near Birmingham, England. Its history began early in the 20th century and ended in the 1980s by which time it had become part of Raleigh Industries, itself a part of the Tube Investments group. For a number of years, the company was the second-largest bicycle producer in Britain, after Raleigh. The company motto, which was carried on all its badges, was "Renowned the World Over". The "Phillips" brand is still used around the world, especially in China and the Far East, having been licensed by Raleigh. In India it was produced from Madras presently called Chennai.

Prinetti & Stucchi, later Stucchi & Co., was an Italian maker of sewing machines, bicycles and motorized vehicles, established in Milan in 1883. It was owned by engineers and politicians Augusto Stucchi and Giulio Prinetti (1851–1908).

The Rambler was an American bicycle brand manufactured by the Gormully & Jeffery Mfg. Co., in Chicago from 1878 to 1900. This bicycle brand was created by Thomas B. Jeffery and was the predecessor to Jeffery's Rambler automobile.

Riese & Müller is a bicycle firm in Darmstadt, Germany founded by Markus Riese and Heiko Müller. It designs and makes suspended bicycles. Frames are produced by companies such as Pacific Cycles, Taiwan. Bikes sold in Australia, Japan and the USA are built in and shipped from Taiwan.

Robin Hood Cycle Co Ltd bicycles is an English manufacturer made in Nottingham England. Acquired by the Raleigh Bicycle Company in 1906 many of whose bicycles were imported into the United States. Best known for their three-speeds, they were an economy line for Raleigh. They also imported racing bikes as the Lenton Sports.

Santana Cycles is the world's leading manufacturer of tandem bicycles. Santana was founded in 1976 by Bill McCready, an Associate Editor at Bicycling Magazine, and is located in La Verne, California. In the 1970s "Santana virtually re-invented the tandem, which had been in decline since the second world war." In 2002, Santana was described as the largest manufacturer of "enthusiast level" tandem bicycles.

The Schwinn Racer was a bicycle in the lightweight series of bikes built by Schwinn Bicycle Company in Chicago from the 1950s-1970s. They had a Sturmey Archer 3 speed with 26 x 1 3/8 tires. They also came with single speed coaster brakes. Many were accessorized with speedometers, generators, baskets and rear racks. These parts made by Schwinn and installed by the selling dealer. As the ten-speed road bikes with derailleurs became more fashionable, these bikes lost their appeal. Today, they are mostly seen on college campuses, on casual riding bike paths and in museums.

Serotta is an American bicycle builder located in Saratoga Springs, New York. Named after founder Ben Serotta, the company was founded in 1972.

SOMA Fabrications is a designer and importer of bicycles, frames, parts and accessories based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was established in 2001 and owned by bicycle parts wholesaler The Merry Sales Co.

Sugino is a Japanese manufacturer of road and track bicycle components, founded in Nara, Japan, in 1910. It made a variety of cycling components, including cranksets and chainrings. After flagging in popularity due to Shimano's increased dominance of the Japanese bicycle component industry in the 1990s, the company has recently become more prominent, due to the rising popularity of fixed-gear bicycles and the cachet associated with the "Sugino 75" track racing equipment.

Volagi Cycles was an American-based company that manufactured bicycles and related components. Founded in 2010 by two bicycle industry designers, Robert Choi and Barley Forsman, Volagi had six international distributors, as well as eighty bicycle dealers in the United States.

Worksman Cycles is a family-owned American manufacturer of bicycles and tricycles for industrial, commercial and recreational use. The company was founded in 1898 and is headquartered in Ozone Park in the borough of Queens in New York City. Previously in the Spear Building the company also operates an additional factory in Conway, South Carolina. Worksman is the oldest bicycle manufacturer in the United States and has operated its own factory-direct e-commerce store since 2004.
