
The 2019 European 10 m Events Championships was held in Osijek, Croatia, from March 17 to 24, 2019. The competition was held in the Gradski vrt Hall.

The 2019 European Team Championships (ETC) in athletics were held in four cities from 9–11 August 2019.

Croatia is scheduled to compete at the 2019 European Games, in Minsk, Belarus from 21 to 30 June 2019. Croatia has previously competed at the 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan, where it won 11 medals, including one golds.

The 2019 EHF European Wheelchair Handball Nations’ Tournament was the 4th edition and was hosted for the first time in Croatia from 14 to 15 December 2019. This was the last European Wheelchair Handball Nations’ Tournament because next year will be held an official European championship. Croatia defeated Portugal to the first title.

Croatia competed at the 2019 Summer Universiade in Naples, Italy held from 3 to 14 July 2019. The country won one bronze medal, in taekwondo.

Croatia competed at the 2019 Winter Deaflympics held between 12 and 21 December 2019 in Province of Sondrio in Northern Italy. The country won three bronze medals and the country finished in 15th place in the medal table.

Croatia competed at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea from 12 to 28 July.

Croatia competed at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar, from 27 September to 6 October 2019.
