
The Adelfoi Islets are two Greek islands in the Sporades. They are located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) east-southeast of the main island of Alonnisos and also administered by a municipality of the same main island name. The 2001 census reported a population of eleven inhabitants.
Alonnisos, also transliterated as Alonissos or Alonisos, is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea. After Skiathos and Skopelos it is the third member of the Northern Sporades. It is 3 km (2 mi) (2 nm) E of the island of Skopelos. Alonnisos is also the name of a village on the island, as well as the municipality that encompasses the island and the village.

The island name dates back to the ancient times as Gerontia. The name was later altered to Gioura. The island also features a Neolithic settlement. The 1991 census read one inhabitant making it the smallest municipal district in Greece in population. As of 2011, it had no resident population. Gioura is in Zone A of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Koukounaries is a location and a beach in the southwest part of the Skiathos island in Greece. It is 16 km southwest of the main town on the island. Skiathos is part of the Sporades group of islands in the Northern Aegean Sea.
Kyra Panagia is a Greek island in the Sporades. It is administratively part of the municipality of Alonnisos in the Sporades regional unit. The island is also known by the name of Pelagos and rarely Pelagonisi. In Antiquity it was known as Ephthyros (Έφθυρος) and Polyaigos (Πολύαιγος). A bay in the south west of the island is named Agios Petros. Kyra Panagia has belonged to the Athonite monastery of Megisti Lavra since it was granted the island by the Byzantine emperor Nikephoros II Phokas in 963. There is a monastery renovated in 2017 after 8 years of work and inhabited by a single monk, on the east coast of the island. As of 2011, the resident population of the island was 2. Kyra Panagia is in Zone B of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Peristera, also Aspro, locally Xero, anciently Eudemia, is a Greek island in the Sporades. It is administratively part of the municipality of Alonnisos and is also directly east of the namesake island. As of 2011, the resident population of the island was 30. Peristera is in Zone B of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Piperi is a Greek island in the Northern Sporades. It is administratively part of the municipality of Alonnisos and, after Skyros, is the Sporades' easternmost island. Piperi is the core of the marine park and the approach within 3 nautical miles is forbidden. As of 2011, the resident population of the island in 2011 was 6.

Psathoura is a Greek island in the Northern Sporades. It is administratively a part of Alonnisos. As of 2011, it had no resident population. The Psathoura lighthouse, built in 1895, stands at 28.9 metres. It is one of the tallest in the Aegean. Its signal is a flash of one second every ten seconds. All of Psathoura is in Zone A2 of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Repi is a small Greek island off the east coast of Skiathos, Sporades, Greece. There is an abandoned settlement on the island. It is administratively part of the municipality of Skiathos. As of 2011, it had no resident population.

Skantzoura is an island in the Sporades archipelago, Greece. The island is located 18 km (11 mi) southeast of the larger island of Alonnisos and 31 km (19 mi) northwest of the island Skyros. As of 2011, it had no resident population. Skantzoura is in Zone B of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Skiathos is a small Greek island in the northwest Aegean Sea. Skiathos is the westernmost island in the Northern Sporades group, east of the Pelion peninsula in Magnesia on the mainland, and west of the island of Skopelos.

Skopelos is a Greek island in the western Aegean Sea. Skopelos is one of several islands which comprise the Northern Sporades island group, which lies east of the Pelion peninsula on the mainland and north of the island of Euboea. It is part of the Thessaly region. Skopelos is also the name of the main port and the municipal center of the island. The other communities of the island are Glossa and Neo Klima (Elios). The geography of Skopelos includes two mountains over 500 m (1,640 ft); Delphi (681 m/2,234 ft) in the center of the island, and Palouki in the southeast. With an area of 96 km2 (37 sq mi) Skopelos is slightly larger than Mykonos (85 km2/33 sq mi) and Santorini (73 km2/28 sq mi). The nearest inhabited islands are Skiathos to the west and Alonissos to the east.
Tsougria, Tsoungria, or Tsougkria is a Greek island in the western part of the Sporades. As of 2011, it had no resident population, as it is a protected natural habitat. It is administratively part of the municipality of Skiathos and is located southeast of the island. The island has several beaches that are popular with yachts and round-island trips.
