The Empress Eugénie Archipelago, commonly known as the Eugénie Archipelago, is an archipelago in Peter the Great Gulf in the Sea of Japan, along the southern coast of Primorsky Krai, Russia. The population of the archipelago is 6,810 (2005), and is administratively part of the city of Vladivostok.

Popov Island is an island in Eugénie de Montijo Archipelago. It lies in Peter the Great Gulf, 20 km to the south of Zolotoy Rog between Reyneke and Russky Islands. It is named after admiral Andrey Alexandrovich Popov. Area is 12,4 km2. Population: 1316 (2005) in two settlements. Administratively the island is under Vladivostok's jurisdiction.

Reyneke Island is an island in the Eugénie Archipelago within the Peter the Great Gulf of the Sea of Japan. It is administratively part of the city of Vladivostok in Primorsky Krai, Russia, and is located 25 kilometres south of the city center. Reyneke Island has an area of approximately 4.6 square kilometres and a population of 23 (2005), making it the smallest of four inhabited islands of Primorsky Krai both by area and population. Most residents live in the island's single settlement of the same named located on the northern coast.

Russky Island is an island in Peter the Great Gulf in the Sea of Japan, in Primorsky Krai, Russia. It is the largest island in the Eugénie Archipelago, separated from the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula immediately to the north by the Eastern Bosphorus, and is one of the four islands in Primorsky Krai that are permanently inhabited with a population of 5360 (2010).

Shkot Island is an island in the Eugénie Archipelago within the Peter the Great Gulf of the Sea of Japan. The uninhabited island is one of the five large islands in the archipelago, with an area of 2.6 square kilometres and its highest point at 146 metres above sea level. Shkot Island is located 0.5 kilometres directly south of Russky Island, to which it is connected by a low thin isthmus, making it one of only two islands in the archipelago accessible to the mainland by foot.

Ushi Island is an islet in the Eugénie Archipelago within the Peter the Great Gulf of the Sea of Japan. It is administratively part of the city of Vladivostok in Primorsky Krai, Russia. The uninhabited island is located 160 metres north-west of Russky Island, in the Amur Bay section of the gulf along the southern coast of Primorsky Krai. The area of Ushi island is 0.1 hectares, with dimensions of about 45 by 22 metres, and its highest point is 6 metres. It is almost devoid of vegetation, and consists of two rocks which connected narrow and low isthmus. There are shoals 4.8 to 5.2 metres near the island. It is a popular spot for fish and birds alike. Owing to its size however, only a limited number of birds can roost on the island.
