
Out Run is a racing video game released in arcades by Sega in September 1986. It is known for its pioneering hardware and graphics, nonlinear gameplay, and a selectable soundtrack with music composed by Hiroshi Kawaguchi. The goal is to avoid traffic and reach one of five destinations.

Battle Out Run is a 1989 videogame released by Sega on the Master System. Despite being part of the Out Run series, this game plays little like its namesake and more like Chase H.Q., where the objective is to ram the cars of specified criminals. A notable feature is to enhance the car's attributes by buying upgrades that are inside of a truck that passes at certain moments and must be entered from the rear.

Out Run Europa, is a driving video game developed by Probe Software and published by U.S. Gold for the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64, Game Gear, Sega Master System and ZX Spectrum in 1991. The Game Gear version was the only version of the game released in North America. It is a spinoff from the arcade game Out Run, though it was not produced by Sega.

Out Run 3-D is the second in a quartet of Out Run driving video games developed for the Sega Master System, and was released in 1989. Although based on the original and similar in design, it is a separate game and not a three-dimensional version of the original Out Run.

OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is a racing game developed by Sumo Digital and published in 2006 by Sega AM2. It is the 9th title in the series. Outrun 2006 is a re-imagining of the Out Run, the first game in the series and has a new game engine and modern graphics. The game is split into two parts: a conversion of OutRun 2 SP and "Coast 2 Coast", which includes single-player races and challenges, and local network and internet multiplayer.

OutRun 2019 is a Mega Drive/Genesis-only pseudo-sequel to Out Run that takes place in the future. The object is to race against a time limit in a rocket-boosted car across four different stages around the world. Like the original Out Run, there is a fork in the road before each checkpoint; however, there can also be forks within a single route.

OutRun Online Arcade is a racing video game and the most recent release in the OutRun series. It was developed by Sumo Digital and published by Sega. The game was released on April 15, 2009 on Xbox Live Arcade. It was also released exclusively in Europe for the PlayStation 3 on April 16, 2009 via the PlayStation Network. Gameplay involves players racing their choice of Ferrari through a selection of fifteen stages in the shortest time possible.

OutRunners (アウトランナーズ) is a racing video game developed by Sega and AM1 and released in Japan, Europe, and North America in 1992. It constitutes the third release in the arcade OutRun series and was ported to the Mega Drive in 1994.

Turbo OutRun (ターボアウトラン) is a 1989 arcade racing game released by Sega. A follow-up to 1986's Out Run, it was released as a dedicated game, as well as an upgrade kit for the original Out Run board.
