A version for the Wii U was released in March 2013 in North America and Europe as The Amazing Spider-Man: Ultimate Edition in both regions. A PlayStation Vita version was also released in November 2013. A sequel, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, was released in April 2014, loosely based on the film's sequel.

Spider-Man 2: The Sinister Six is a platformer video game for the Game Boy Color developed by Torus Games, published by Activision, and released on May 30, 2001. It is an alternative sequel to Neversoft's 2000 Spider-Man game on the main consoles, and mostly follows the events of the Game Boy Color version of that game. Though it has a similar format, it is not related to the 1992 NES game, Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six.

It was ported internally by Sega of America for the Master System and Game Gear consoles, the latter being published by Acclaim Entertainment through its Flying Edge division. An updated version was also released for the Sega CD under the name of The Amazing Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin.
Spider-Man: Battle for New York is a 2006 action video game developed by Torus Games and published by Activision. It was released for the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS on November 14, 2006. It features Spider-Man and the Green Goblin as the main characters and is a re-imagining of their 1st encounter within the Ultimate universe. Much like its predecessor Ultimate Spider-Man, which let players play as Venom, the game's main antagonist, Battle for New York features the Green Goblin as a playable character. The cutscenes in this game are drawn by Marvel Comics artist Ron Lim.

Spider-Man: Edge of Time is a 2011 video game developed by Beenox, based on the superhero Spider-Man. The game was directed by Gerard Lehiany. The story, written by Peter David, Ramiro Belanger and Gérard Lehiany, revolves around both Peter Parker, the original Spider-Man, and Miguel O'Hara, Spider-Man 2099, as they combat a new threat across space and time and attempt to save both of their realities. The game is a sequel to 2010's Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, although Spider-Man Noir and Ultimate Spider-Man are not featured, only mentioned.

The game was announced at the PlayStation 5 reveal event in June 2020 and was released for the PlayStation 4 and as a launch title for the PlayStation 5 in November 2020. It received generally favorable reviews from critics.

The game was released in October 2008 across multiple platforms, and encompasses three drastically different versions: one released for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360, which features an open world and non-linear gameplay; one for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable, which is a 2.5D side-scrolling beat 'em up; and one for the Nintendo DS, which is also a linear beat 'em up, but features a different storyline and aspects of the Metroidvania genre.

Ultimate Spider-Man: Total Mayhem was a 2010 action-adventure video game for the iOS and Android systems. It was developed and published by Gameloft. The game takes place in the Ultimate Marvel Universe (Earth-1610). It is no longer available for purchase on the App Store (iOS) for iPhone and Google Play Store for Android.
