The Sims Bustin' Out is a video game that was released in 2004/2003 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, Game Boy Advance, & N-Gage. Bust Out Mode, which has mission-based gameplay and Freeplay Mode, which is open-ended gameplay very much like the original The Sims PC game. The PlayStation 2 version once featured the option to play online. However, it was shut down on August 1, 2008.

The Sims Castaway Stories is the third and final game in The Sims Stories. It was released on January 29, 2008, with a port for Mac OS X released by Aspyr on March 17, 2008.

The Sims FreePlay is a strategic life simulation game developed by EA Mobile and later with Firemonkeys Studios. It is a free version of The Sims for mobile devices; it was released for iOS on December 15, 2011, released for Android on February 15, 2012, released for BlackBerry 10 on July 31, 2013, and released for Windows Phone 8 on September 12, 2013. The game was released for Fire OS in October 2012.

The Sims: Hot Date is the third expansion pack released for the strategic life-simulation computer game The Sims developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It was released on November 14, 2001 with overall positive reviews thanks to the addition of a downtown area outside the neighborhood, which became the set up for upcoming expansion packs in which new areas were added; it also served as the inspiration for later games including The Sims 2: Nightlife and The Sims 3: Late Night.

The Sims Life Stories is a video game, the first game in The Sims Stories series. The game was released on March 6, 2018. It features a multiplayer component and includes story elements. Development has been transferred from Maxis to Firemonkeys Studios.

Mod The Sims is a Sims online community founded by Stuart Stanfield in May 2004. MTS focuses on custom content for The Sims 2, The Sims 3 and The Sims 4, most notably game modifications. Tutorials on how to make the aforementioned modifications are also hosted on the same site, along with forums devoted to game and modification help as well as general discussion. The site runs on vBulletin 3.0.14, with certain modifications. Stanfield previously created "Mod the Singles", a forum-based site for hosting and encouraging modification of the game Singles: Flirt Up Your Life.

The Sims 2: Apartment Pets is a video game for the Nintendo DS. EA has described as a follow-up to the Nintendo DS version of The Sims 2: Pets. As in the original, it allows a diverse amount of customization, allowing pets to be created in a variety of colors and sizes.

The Sims 2: Bon Voyage is the sixth expansion pack released in The Sims 2 series of PC games. It was released on September 4, 2007 in North America and September 6, 2007 in Europe for Microsoft Windows. For Mac OS X, it was released on December 17, 2007 by Aspyr Media. It is an expansion that focuses mainly on traveling, similar to The Sims: Vacation expansion pack for the original game. The Sims 2: Nightlife is the second expansion pack for The Sims 2, which was released on September 13, 2005 and September 16, 2005. It was released for Mac OS X on March 27, 2006. The expansion pack centers on the new downtown area, which has various activities, such as bowling, karaoke, dining and dancing, as well as a photo booth, and includes a dating minigame which allows player to engage in their Sims' relationships in greater depth. Most elements from this expansion were incorporated into The Sims 3: Late Night for The Sims 3.

The Sims 2: Open for Business is the third expansion pack for The Sims 2, released on March 3, 2006, which allows Sims to run a home or community lot based business. The expansion added several key gameplay elements which have been included in all expansions succeeding it. The Sims 2: University has won two Editor's Choice awards from syndicated game review publications.

The Sims 2: Castaway is the third console spin-off of the life simulation video game The Sims 2 for the Wii, Nintendo DS (NDS), PlayStation 2 (PS2) and PlayStation Portable (PSP). It is also available on mobile phones; Nokia offered Castaway on the Ovi Store. A roughly similar game, The Sims Castaway Stories, is available for personal computers, but is not a direct port of Castaway. It is the final game released in the series for both the PS2 and PSP.

Additional career pathways introduce a diversity of skill sets available for acquisition. These features, which were absent in The Sims 3, give players greater control of their Sims' career pathways, choices and lives.

The Sims 3 is a life simulation video game developed by the Redwood Shores studio of Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. Part of The Sims series, it is the sequel to The Sims 2. It was released on June 2, 2009 for OS X, Microsoft Windows and smartphone versions. Console versions were released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS in October 2010 and a month later for Wii. The Windows Phone version was released on October 15, 2010. A Nintendo 3DS version, released on March 27, 2011, was one of its launch titles.

The Sims 3: Generations is the fourth expansion pack for The Sims 3, which EA announced by press release and video trailer on April 5, 2011. The game was released on May 31, 2011. It contains elements of The Sims 2: Family Fun Stuff, The Sims: House Party, The Sims 2: Teen Style Stuff, The Sims 2: FreeTime, The Sims 2: University, and The Sims 2: Celebration! Stuff. It is the first major expansion pack that does not contain a game manual, instead containing a simple install guide with the serial code attached. All packs from this point on do not contain a manual.

The Sims 3: Into the Future is the eleventh and final expansion pack for The Sims 3 series from Electronic Arts and was released on October 22, 2013 in North America. It is available for both Windows and OS X. In Europe, it was released on October 24, 2013 and in the United Kingdom on October 25, 2013.

The Sims 3: Island Paradise is the tenth expansion pack for The Sims 3 series from Electronic Arts. It is available on both Windows and OS X. The release dates vary from continent to continent. It was released in the US on June 25, 2013, and on June 28, 2013 in Europe.

The Sims 3: Late Night is the third expansion pack for the strategic life simulation computer game The Sims 3 and is similar to previous expansions The Sims 2: Nightlife for The Sims 2 and The Sims: Hot Date for The Sims. It incorporates some elements from The Sims: House Party, The Sims: Superstar, and The Urbz: Sims in the City.

The Sims 3: Showtime is the sixth expansion pack for The Sims 3 on OS X and Windows. It was released in March 2012. A limited collector's edition includes exclusive in-game content such as a stage and two costumes along with a poster based on American singer Katy Perry.

The Sims 3: Pets is the fifth expansion pack for The Sims 3 on PC and Mac, and is the second console game in the series. It was released on October 18, 2011 in North America. Like in previous expansions for The Sims games, this expansion introduces pets such as cats and dogs and, for the first time, horses into the game, however only the PC expansion pack has horses.

The Sims 3: Seasons is the eighth expansion pack for The Sims 3 on OS X and PC. It was released on November 13, 2012 in North America, and on November 16 in Europe.

The Sims 3: Supernatural is the seventh expansion pack for The Sims 3 on OS X and PC. It was released on September 4, 2012 in North America and Greece.

The Sims 3: University Life is the ninth expansion pack for The Sims 3. It is not to be confused with The Sims 2's University Life Collection, which was released in 2009 and featured The Sims 2: University, as well as two stuff packs.

The Sims 3: World Adventures or World Adventures is the first expansion pack for the strategic life simulation computer game The Sims 3. It was announced on The Sims 3 website in August 2009, and had a North American release on November 18, 2009.

The Sims 4 is a 2014 life simulation video game developed by the Redwood Shores studio of Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It is the fourth major title in The Sims series and was originally announced on May 6, 2013. It was released in North America on September 2, 2014 for Microsoft Windows. A Mac compatible version of the game was released on February 17, 2015. The Sims 4 is the first PC game to top all-format charts in two years. The game has received mixed reviews since its release, with the majority of criticism directed towards its lack of content.

The Sims 4: Get to Work or Get to Work is the first expansion pack for the strategic life simulation computer game The Sims 4. It was announced on February 4, 2015 and was released in North America on March 31, 2015. It includes four new active careers; Detective, Doctor, Scientist and retail business. The game also features a new neighborhood called Magnolia Promenade where you can go shopping. It takes elements from The Sims 2: Open for Business and The Sims 3: Ambitions. The expansion pack's image color is orange.

The Sims 4: City Living is the third expansion pack in The Sims 4. It was released in North America on November 1, 2016. It includes three new careers: Politician, Social media and Critic. The game also features a new world called San Myshuno where new venues are located. It takes elements from The Sims 2: Apartment Life and The Sims 3: Late Night.

The Sims 4: Dine Out is a game pack for The Sims 4. It includes a new venue type Restaurant, many new objects, new outfits, new interactions, new foods to make and a new active career; Restaurant Owner. It is only available for digital download. Similar to what The Business as Usual Venue added in The Sims 3, and The Sims 2: Open for Business, Sims can go Dining Out and be a restaurant owner. However, it focuses more on being a restaurant owner, similar to being a restaurant owner in The Sims 2: Open for Business.

The Sims 4: Get Famous is the sixth expansion pack for The Sims 4. It was announced on October 9, 2018 and was released on November 16, 2018 worldwide. The pack concentrates on being a celebrity, wealth, fame and its new acting active career. Its theme is similar to that of The Sims: Superstar and also includes many elements from The Sims 3: Late Night and The Sims 3: Showtime.

The Sims 4: Get Together is the second expansion pack in The Sims 4. It includes a new old-European-themed world inspired by Germany and Norway called Windenburg where sims can go to night clubs, new spots and many new locations as well as new hangouts, clubs, more activities, cafés, and new interactions. The theme is similar to The Sims: Hot Date, The Sims 2: Nightlife, The Sims 2: FreeTime, and The Sims 3: Late Night.

The Sims 4: Outdoor Retreat is a game pack in The Sims 4 released on January 13, 2015. It includes a new destination, many new objects, new outfits and new interactions. It is only available for digital download.

The Sims 4: Spa Day is a game pack for The Sims 4 released on July 14, 2015. It includes spas, where sims can go to receive massages, along with mud baths, do yoga, and more. Players can also build their own spas. It is only available for digital download.

The Sims 4: StrangerVille is a game pack for The Sims 4 released on February 26, 2019. The game pack is inspired by Strangetown, a world that appeared in The Sims 2 and Stranger Things, a web series on Netflix.

The Sims 4: Vampires is a game pack for The Sims 4. It includes a new life state, Vampires, many new Gothic-themed objects, new outfits, new interactions, new aspirations, new foods to make and new skills: Pipe Organ skill and Vampire Lore Skill. It is only available for digital download. The pack also features a new neighborhood called Forgotten Hollow which, fitting with the vampiric theme, has longer nighttimes than other neighborhoods. It takes elements from The Sims 2: Nightlife, The Sims 3: Late Night and The Sims 3: Supernatural.

The Sims Medieval is a life simulation video game that was released on March 22, 2011, by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and iOS, part of The Sims series. It was available for Nokia Lumia Windows Phone, on March 25, 2013. Set in medieval times, it allows the player to build a kingdom through quest-driven gameplay. During presentation at E3 2010, EA announced that the Limited Edition was available until the launch date, and was also released at the same time as the standard edition.

The Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles is a 2011 video game developed by Maxis & published by Electronic Arts. It is an expansion pack for The Sims Medieval on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. The game was released in North America on August 30, 2011 and in PAL region on September 2, 2011

The Sims Online, also known as EA-Land was a massively multiplayer online variation on Maxis' computer game The Sims. It was published by Electronic Arts and released in December 2002 for Microsoft Windows. The game was sold in retail stores in North America and Japan and could also be downloaded worldwide through the EA.com online store, though the game was English-only and had no official translations. The game charged a subscription fee of US $9.99 per month. In March 2007, EA announced that the product would be re-branded as EA-Land and major enhancements would be made. About a year later, EA announced that the game would shut down all activity on August 1, 2008.

The Sims Social was a Facebook addition to the Sims series of video games. It was announced during the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011 press conference. As with the original Sims games, The Sims Social lets the user create their own customizable character. In this version, however, the player uses their character to interact with those of their Facebook friends. The characters can develop likes or dislikes for other Sims, creating relationships that can be publicized on the user's Facebook page.

The Sims: Livin' Large is the first expansion pack released for the computer simulation game, The Sims. The pack includes new characters, careers, items, and features. This expansion pack is also part of The Sims Deluxe Edition and later compilations of the core game.

The Urbz: Sims in the City is a video game that was released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS as a launch title for that system. It is the third Sims game for these consoles and is the second Sims game to be unreleased on Windows PC. The next release for consoles and handhelds was the console port of The Sims 2.
