This is a list of shootings in the United States that have occurred in 2021. Mass shootings are incidents involving several victims of firearm-related violence. The precise inclusion criteria are disputed, and there is no broadly accepted definition.

On March 16, 2021, a shooting spree occurred at three spas or massage parlors in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Eight people were killed, six of whom were Asian women, and one other person was wounded.

On March 22, 2021, a mass shooting occurred at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder, Colorado, United States. Ten people were killed, including a local on-duty police officer. The alleged shooter, 21-year-old Ahmad Al Aliwi Al-Issa, was arrested after being shot in the right leg. He was temporarily hospitalized before being moved to the county jail. Legal proceedings against Al-Issa began on March 25.

On February 9, 2021, a mass shooting and bombing occurred in the U.S. state of Minnesota at a medical clinic in Buffalo, a city in the Minneapolis–St. Paul region. Just before 11:00 a.m. CST, Gregory Paul Ulrich, a 67-year old American man, allegedly shot five people at Allina Health's Buffalo Crossroads medical clinic. One victim died and three others were critically injured from gunshot wounds. All of the victims were medical clinic staff. Ulrich also allegedly discharged three improvised explosive devices inside the clinic building.

On April 15, 2021, a mass shooting occurred at a FedEx Ground facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Nine people were killed, including the gunman, 19-year-old former employee Brandon Scott Hole, who committed suicide. Seven others were injured, including four by gunfire.

It is located at the intersection of Broad Street and Olney Avenue in the Logan neighborhood of North Philadelphia. It is a major bus terminal as well as the last subway stop on the Broad Street Line before the Fern Rock Transportation Center terminus.

Ten people were killed during the shooting, including the gunman, identified as 57-year-old VTA employee Samuel James Cassidy, who committed suicide. It is the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the San Francisco Bay Area.

The village has a "Commerce Park" at its western edge which include Target and Amazon Distribution Centers, a Krazy Glue factory, and Jefferson Industries.
