Lord Vamana, also known as Vāmanadeva, Trivikrama, Urukrama, Upendra, Dadhivamana, and Balibandhana was a Brahmin avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu. He was the 5th avatar of Lord Vishnu and the first Dashavatara in the Treta Yuga, after Narasimha.
