
C.V.G. Aluminio del Caroní S.A., known as Alcasa, is a state-owned aluminium producer in Venezuela. Founded in 1960, it began operations in 1967. It is part of the Corporación Venezolana de Guayana mining company, and one of the world's largest aluminium producers. In 1999 it had around 9000 employees. In 2005 the BBC reported that Alcasa had instituted a "co-management" initiative, with workers electing managers and participating in the budgeting process, as well as being involved in decisions on technical issues related to production. The experience was evaluated negatively by President Nicolás Maduro in 2013: "The model of worker control failed in Guyana, it never existed; neither control nor worker."

Avior Regional was a Venezuelan airline that was a subsidiary of Avior Airlines. It began operations in March 2015 with flights from Caracas to Barinas and Valera. Flights to Curaçao commenced in July.

Industrias Pampero, C.A. is a Venezuelan rum distiller, and a subsidiary of Diageo. It was founded in 1938 and produces a range of rums, including a white rum Pampero Blanco, an aged rum Pampero Especial, and an aged rum Pampero Aniversario.

Síragon, C.A. is a Venezuelan manufacturer and assembler of computer hardware and other electronic products such as digital cameras, tablet computers and LCD televisions. Siragon also designs and manufactures its own RAM and flash memory and printed circuit boards. The company was created in an alliance between Venezuelan and Japanese investors. Its plant is located in the North Industrial Zone of Valencia, Carabobo.
Televen is a private Venezuelan national television network headquartered on the Caracas neighborhood of Horizonte. For this reason it is also called 'Canal de Horizonte'. Televen was inaugurated as the TELEVEN Corporation on July 10, 1988 by Omar Camero Zamora and T Radioven, S.A. As an alternative for the two-leading-private TV Networks on Venezuela, Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV) and Venevision, Televen distanced itself from this trend and made a different oriented programming in some cases the middle classes who do not usually watch TV and it was open and being composed of talk shows, sports, movies, a full range of series, mainly American, and Brazilian, Colombian, Mexican, and U.S. Hispanic telenovelas, and in the 1990s, anime.

The Vergatario is a model of CDMA mobile phone designed by the Venezuelan state owned corporation Vtelca with assistance from the Chinese manufacturer ZTE. The "Vergatario" name was announced by Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez. Vergatario is not one of rebranded ZTE phones because it is exclusively designed in Venezuela.

VIT, C.A. is a Venezuelan manufacturer of desktop computers and laptops, supported by the Venezuelan government and a Chinese information technology company Inspur. The first computer they produced was called Computador Bolivariano, which came with the Kubuntu Linux operating system.
