Matthew Arlington Batson was a United States Army Officer who received the Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine–American War. 1st Lieutenant Batson was awarded the medal for swimming the San Juan River under enemy fire. He was awarded his medal alongside Captain Hugh J. McGrath who performed the same feat. Batson is most noted, however, for creating the Philippine Scouts.

Hiram Iddings Bearss was an officer of the United States Marine Corps who received the Medal of Honor for heroism during the Philippine–American War and the Distinguished Service Cross for his valor in World War I.

His career was long and varied, as he started as an Iowa private in the Union Army during the Civil War. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

Arthur Medworth Ferguson was a United States Army officer who received the Medal of Honor for actions on September 28, 1899, during the Philippine–American War. He later obtained the rank of lieutenant colonel. He had previously been promoted from Corporal after being awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for actions on April 26, 1899. Colonel Ferguson is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

Edward Herrick Gibson was a United States Army Sergeant received the Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine–American War. He was awarded the Medal for the same action as Corporal Antoine Gaujot. The Medal was received for actions on December 19, 1899 at the Battle of Paye near Mateo during the Philippine–American War. Gibson is buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, California.

Allen James Greer was an officer in the United States Army who received the Medal of Honor for actions near Majada, Laguna Province, Philippines, July 2, 1901. He was chief of staff of the 92nd Division during World War 1.

Not much is known about his emigration to the US or when he enlisted but we do know that his actions in Luzon during the Philippine–American War, with Company C of the 1st North Dakota Infantry, earned him the Medal of Honor.

George Weed Wallace was a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army and a Medal of Honor recipient for his actions in the Philippine–American War. Wallace later rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel, and retired in 1919. He is buried at San Francisco National Cemetery.

Arthur Harrison Wilson (1881–1953) was an officer in the United States Army and a Medal of Honor recipient for his actions in the Philippine Insurrection. Originally a member of the West Point class of 1903, he was held back a year and graduated in 1904. He was the captain of the world champion West Point Polo Team, and served a long career in the Cavalry. He was a full colonel and commander of Fort Brown, Texas, when he retired in 1942 after almost 40 years service. He lived the remaining 11 years of his life in retirement at Brownsville, Texas. He died of cardiac failure while duck hunting, one of his favorite sports.
