33 Eleven: A Music Company singles

"Across the Night" was the fifth and final single released by rock band Silverchair from their fourth album, Diorama. It is the first track on Diorama, and is a major departure from their previous, grungy sound which was featured on Frogstomp, which was released in 1995. This more progressive type of songwriting is also present on Silverchair's latest album Young Modern. A video was created for the song in the style of early 1900s cinema featuring acclaimed Australian actor Guy Pearce.

"After Dark" is the third single from Little Birdy's second album Hollywood. It was confirmed as the third single by the band on their official MySpace blog. It has been described as "a song that hints at the spellbinding nocturnal intrigue of the album as a whole." The videoclip for the song was first aired on ABC TV's rage on 12 May 2007. The videoclip was directed by Paul Goldman, who also directed the videoclip for "Beautiful to Me", and Alice Bell.

"Bodies" is a song by Little Birdy from their second album, Hollywood. The song was the second single released from the album, and the fifth in the band's history. The single was released on January 23, 2007. "Bodies" peaked at #68 on the ARIA charts.

"Carry You" is a song performed by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins and written by Tim Minchin, released on 24 January 2020. The song was recorded and used in the credits of the final episode of Australian drama, Upright.

"Come On Come On" is the first single from Little Birdy's second album Hollywood and was released on 16 September 2006. The single debuted at No. 18 on the Australia ARIA Singles Charts and polled at No. 11 on Triple J's Hottest 100 for 2006.

"Everyone's Waiting" is the second single from Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins' third album, The Ol' Razzle Dazzle. It was the most commercially successful single from the album, peaking at No. 11 on the Australian ARIA Chart and was certified platinum. Higgins performed the song at the 2012 ARIA Awards, where the single won the award for "Best Video"

"Eyes Wide Open" is a song by the Belgian-Australian musician Gotye from his third studio album Making Mirrors. It was released as a digital download on 5 November 2010 in Australia and 4 June 2012 in the United States and United Kingdom. The song was written and produced by Gotye. It peaked at No. 55 on the Australian Singles Chart and was voted in at No. 25 in the 2010 Triple J Hottest 100.

"Face Without a Name" is a song by Australian rock group Kisschasy, released as the second single from their debut album, United Paper People (2005). It was released on 24 October 2005 and peaked at number 41 in Australia.

"Futon Couch" is a song performed by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins, released in February 2018 as the lead single from her fifth studio album, Solastalgia.

"The Greatest View" is a song by Australian rock band Silverchair, released on 28 January 2002 as the first single from their fourth studio album, Diorama. This is one of three songs which made it onto the album which Daniel Johns recorded using his Rickenbacker 12 string.

"Hairdo" is the second single released from Little Birdy's third album, Confetti. It was released on 28 July 2009.The song’s positive message is just to be yourself in life. It’s about being in a place where you are comfortable and happy in your own skin

"I Feel Better" is a song by the Belgian-Australian musician Gotye from his third studio album Making Mirrors. It was released as a digital download on 25 October 2011 in Australia. The song was written/produced by Gotye. The song has charted in Flanders. The trumpet melody which is used in the intro and the bridge was sampled from "Brazil" by Edmundo Ros.

"If You Keep Losing Sleep" is a song by Australian band Silverchair from their fifth album Young Modern, released on 9 October 2007. It was the third single in Australia to be released from the album. It was released worldwide as the second single from the album, since "Reflections of a Sound" was only available as a single in Australia. On 30 September, the band performed the song live on the talk show Rove, hosted by Rove McManus, taking elements from the song's video and bringing them into the performance. "If You Keep Losing Sleep" peaked at 16 on the official ARIA single charts in Australia.

"Luv Your Life" is a song by Australian rock band Silverchair released as the third single from their fourth album, Diorama, on September 2, 2002. The song was composed in the key of C major, and a music video was made in which the band was portrayed as animated characters. This is mostly because frontman Daniel Johns was incapacitated by his reactive arthritis, and the band needed to release another song to prevent commercial momentum for the album from coming to a complete halt. "Luv Your Life" was dedicated by Johns to "all my ladies", and was written on piano and featured an orchestral arrangement by Van Dyke Parks. Bassist Chris Joannou stated that this song is his favourite off the album. The single peaked at number 20 on the Australian Recording Industry Association Singles Chart.

"Mind Reader" is a song by Australian alternative rock band, Silverchair, from their fifth studio album, Young Modern. The song was sent to Australian radio stations in January 2008 and released as the fourth and final single from the album. The song was co-written by the group's lead singer-guitarist, Daniel Johns, with Julian Hamilton of The Presets, who is responsible for the "don't know what you want" chorus. The single was released on 23 February 2008, as a digital download. It was the last Silverchair single – the group have been on an "indefinite hiatus" from May 2011.

"Oh Canada" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins, and inspired by Alan Kurdi—a drowned Syrian boy whose body washed up on a Turkish beach in September 2015. The track was released on 19 February 2016 with 100% of net profits from the song to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

"Peachy" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins and the third single released from her second album, On A Clear Night. The track features a guest appearance by Neil Finn playing electric guitar. The single was released on 10 November 2007, as a digital download only. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2008 Higgins was nominated for Best Female Artist for this single.

"Reflections of a Sound" is a song by Australian rock band Silverchair and is the fourth track on their fifth studio album Young Modern, released in March 2007. The song was released on 14 July 2007 as the second single from that album. The single was only released in Australia in digital format and as a CD Promo.

"Save Me" is a song written and recorded by Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter Gotye. The song was released in Australia by Eleven Music on 13 August 2012 as the fifth single from his third studio album, Making Mirrors (2011), a year after the release of his signature song "Somebody That I Used to Know".

"Scar" is a pop song written by Australian singer Missy Higgins and Kevin Griffin of American band Better Than Ezra. Released on 2 August 2004 on Eleven: A Music Company, it was released as the first single from Higgins' debut album, The Sound of White (2004). The single is her most successful thus far, entering the Australian ARIA Singles Chart at number one and going platinum. It also charted in New Zealand, where it peaked at number 20 in January 2005. The song was mixed by 12-time Grammy winner Jay Newland.

"Somebody That I Used to Know" is a song written by Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter Gotye, featuring New Zealand singer Kimbra. The song was released in Australia and New Zealand by Eleven Music on 5 July 2011 as the second single from Gotye's third studio album, Making Mirrors (2011). It was later released by Universal Music in December 2011 in the United Kingdom, and 20 January 2012 in the United States and Ireland. "Somebody That I Used to Know" was written and recorded by Gotye at his parents' house on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, and is lyrically related to the experiences he has had with relationships.

"The Special Two" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins and the third single released from her debut album, The Sound of White. The song was also included on her 2003 debut EP, The Missy Higgins EP, although re-recorded for the studio album. Higgins said of the lyrics, "Basically I made a big mistake [...] I fell into a lump of depression, locking myself out the back in the bungalow. After a couple of days I came up with the song. I played it to that person and it was therapeutic. It was a good sorry letter." In June 2018, Higgins revealed in The Weekend Age that the song was an apology to her older sister, who also liked a boy that she liked but ended up going out with Higgins.

"Stay Wild" is the fourth single taken from Australian band Little Birdy's third studio album Confetti. It was released digitally on iTunes in October 2009.

"Steer" is the first single from Missy Higgins' second album, On a Clear Night. The song was released in Australia on 14 April 2007 and became the most-added track that same week. Higgins stated that the song was "about steers" and that she wrote it after overlooking the southern celestial hemisphere from a bay in Western Australia. The song has instrument backings of acoustic guitar and drums.

"Straight Lines" is a song by Australian rock band Silverchair. It was released on 12 March 2007 and debuted at number one on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart, becoming the band's first number-one single since 1997's "Freak". The single was shortly followed by the release of the band's fifth studio album Young Modern on 31 March 2007. Unlike the songs written during Diorama, when Daniel Johns wrote all the tracks himself, "Straight Lines" was co-written by the Presets' Julian Hamilton.

"Summarize" is the first single released from Australian indie rock band Little Birdy's third studio album, Confetti. It was released on 10 April 2009 and the single made it to number 54 on the ARIA charts.

"Ten Days" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins, written by Higgins and Jay Clifford of Jump, Little Children. It was the second single released from her debut album, The Sound of White (2004), on 15 November 2004. "Ten Days" peaked at No. 12 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart. The Australian Recording Industry Association awarded the song a gold disc for selling over 35,000 copies. It was also voted No. 6 song on the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2004. The video features Higgins travelling to various places and many of the shots were filmed in Adelaide, South Australia.

"Tonight's the Night" is the second single from Little Birdy's debut album BigBigLove and was released 29 November 2004 by Eleven and distributed by Virgin/EMI. The song appeared at No. 76 on the ARIA Singles Chart Top 100. Like the other tracks on the album it was produced by Paul McKercher at Big Jesus Burger Studios and mixed at Studios 301.

"Torchlight" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins, written for the Australian film Don't Tell, a true story about a young girl seeking justice against the church. In the ballad, Higgins sings of the issues explored in the film: "Sometimes evil is a quiet town where nobody wants to hear your truth / and nobody wants to believe you."

"Unashamed Desire" is the first single from Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins' third album, The Ol' Razzle Dazzle. The song made its worldwide premier on Triple J in April and the single was released digitally on 23 April 2012

"Where I Stood" is the second single from singer-songwriter Missy Higgins' second album, On a Clear Night. The song was released to commercial radio on 25 June 2007. The single was released on 4 August 2007. It reached No. 10 on the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Charts. In a similar promotional scenario as her previous single "Steer", Higgins gave her fans the opportunity to purchase a signed single along with signed lyrics.

"Without You" is the second single released on 13 May 2002 by Australian rock band Silverchair from their fourth album, Diorama, issued in March that year. It was written in Db major by lead singer-guitarist Daniel Johns and was composed during the recording sessions for the band's third album Neon Ballroom (1999) but was not used at that time.
