He Chengjun was a Kuomintang politician and military officer of the Republic of China. He was born in Hubei. He was graduate of the Imperial Japanese Army Academy. As a member of the Tongmenghui, he took part in the Xinhai Revolution. He was briefly mayor of Beijing after its capture by the National Revolutionary Army during the Northern Expedition. In the Second Sino-Japanese War, he was governor of his home province and defended it against the advancing Imperial Japanese Army. After the defeat of the Kuomintang in the Chinese Civil War, he went to Hong Kong and in 1951 arrived in Taiwan. He died in Taipei at the age of 78.

Shirō Nonaka was an Imperial Japanese Army officer who was a central conspirator in the February 26 Incident in 1936. His final rank was Captain.

Sheng Shicai was a Chinese warlord who ruled Xinjiang from 1933 to 1944. Sheng's rise to power started with a coup d'état in 1933 when he was appointed the duban or Military Governor of Xinjiang. His rule over Xinjiang is marked by close cooperation with the Soviet Union, allowing the Soviets trade monopoly and exploitation of resources, which effectively made a small part of Xinjiang a Soviet puppet state. The Soviet era ended in 1942, when Sheng approached the Nationalist Chinese government, but still retained much power over the province. He was dismissed from post in 1944 and named Minister of Agriculture and Forestry. Growing animosity against him led the government to dismiss him again and appoint to a military post. At the end of the Chinese Civil War, Sheng fled mainland China to Taiwan with the rest of Kuomintang.

Yu Jinhe was a politician of the Republic of China. He was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. He graduated from the Imperial Japanese Army Academy. He was the 2nd collaborationist mayor of Beijing. He served on the North China Political Council from February-November 1943. After the downfall of Wang Jingwei's government in August 1945, Yu was arrested and later died in prison at an unknown date.
