John F. King is an American military officer who became the state of Georgia's Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner when he was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp on July 1, 2019, replacing Jim Beck. Beck was elected in 2018, but suspended by Governor Kemp on May 16, 2019, pending an investigation into allegations of illegal activity committed prior to his taking office. After Beck's conviction of 37 criminal counts of fraud and money laundering on July 22, 2021, Beck was fully and immediately removed from office as per Georgia law, and King became the permanent insurance commissioner. King is a candidate for the position in 2022. King's appointment makes him the first Hispanic statewide official in Georgia's history. A native of Mexico, King is also fluent in Spanish.

Scott Francis O'Grady is a former United States Air Force fighter pilot. On June 2, 1995, he was shot down over Bosnia and Herzegovina by a 2K12 Kub mobile SAM launcher and forced to eject from his F-16C into hostile territory. Marines from squadron 464 and the 24 MEU(SOC) eventually rescued O'Grady after nearly a week of his evading the Bosnian Serbs. He was previously involved in the Banja Luka incident where he fired upon six enemy aircraft. The 2001 film Behind Enemy Lines is loosely based upon his experiences.

Lieutenant General Sir Nicholas Arthur William Pope, was a senior British Army officer. He served as Master-General of the Ordnance from 2011 to 2013 and Deputy Chief of the General Staff from 2015 to 2019.

Leighton Warren Smith Jr. is a former United States Navy admiral. In 1994, he became the Commander in Chief of United States Naval Forces Europe and Allied Forces Southern Europe, holding the commands during the height of the Yugoslav wars. He commanded the NATO enacted no-fly zone over Bosnia and the later bombing campaign against Republika Srpska in 1995. The same year he additionally took on command of the NATO-led Implementation Force (IFOR) in Bosnia with the objective of overseeing the peace agreement. He held all three positions until his retirement in 1996.

Robert Alexander Stewart, is a British politician and Member of Parliament (MP) for Beckenham since 2010. A member of the Conservative Party, he also is a former British Army officer and United Nations commander in Bosnia, commentator, author and public speaker.
