
Maria Arnal is a Spanish singer. Born to a musical family, she started writing songs and playing the guitar at 18. She studied literature and translation at university, and combined this with various temporary jobs, such as working as an usher at the Teatre Lliure. After breaking her femur in 2014 she left the job and later studied singing at the Badalona School of Modern Music. There she performed and continued her training with Marc Sempere, promoter of the collective Compartir Dóna Gustet, and with Jasmin Martorell, a vocal coach who had been a disciple of Montserrat Caballé. At the musical level, Arnal bases her background on the oral tradition of the Iberian Peninsula. According to the artist, she wants to approach tradition from the perspective of free culture in the digital age.

Gerard Quintana Rodeja is a spanish Español singer, songwriter, poet, writer, actor, and radio and TV personality. He first came to prominence in 1986-2001 as the lead singer of the rock band Sopa de Cabra. Sopa de Cabra was one of the leading bands of the rock català genre. Since the dissolution of the band in 2001, he has pursued a very successful solo career. As a singer/songwriter independent of his extensive input into the original musical repertoire of Sopa de Cabra, he completed 5 well-received albums between 2003 and 2010, together with 3 in collaboration with Jordi Batiste, and a recent album (2014) with Xarim Aresté. His solo work from 2003-10 reveals a personal and intimate style which is not easily classified, but may, perhaps, be characterised as poetry and music about the human condition. He also writes and publishes poetry, and has written regularly as a journalist for online Catalan newspapers and journals. He has published two books and appeared in the film Diogenes, the dog.

Teresa Rebull, née Teresa Soler i Pi (1919-2015) was a Catalan- Spanish nurse for the POUM who later became a singer. She was actively involved in the May Days events and punished for that. She later escaped Spain, where she could face danger from both Stalinists and Francoists, for France. In France she would join the Maquis after the Nazi invasion. After the war she became musically associated to Nova Cançó.

Initially known for her contemporary interpretations of flamenco music, Rosalía received international attention after several collaborations with such artists as Travis Scott, Lil Baby, J Balvin, Pharrell Williams, and James Blake. She has received various accolades, including eight Latin Grammy Awards and a Grammy Award.

Álvaro Tauchert Soler is a Spanish-German singer. He rose to prominence across Europe and Latin America with his 2015 hit "El Mismo Sol", primarily hitting success in Italy, Switzerland and Mexico. A special bilingual Spanish-English version of "El mismo sol", featuring Jennifer Lopez, was also recorded for international release in the United States, in the United Kingdom, and worldwide. His follow up single "Sofia" in 2016 also achieved chart success in European countries, reaching number 1 in Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium and Switzerland. Soler has released two studio albums, Eterno Agosto in 2015 and Mar de Colores in 2018. His single "La Cintura" taken from his second album has become a pan-European hit for him.
