
18th Dye was a Berlin-based German/Danish noise rock band formed in 1992 by German Sebastian Büttrich, Danish-German Heike Rädeker and Dane Piet Breinholm-Bendtsen (drums). They broke up in 1999 after 2 albums and an EP, but reformed in 2005. A third album "Amorine Queen" was released in 2008 but they split up again in 2009.

The Asteroids Galaxy Tour is a Danish pop band consisting of vocalist Mette Lindberg and songwriter/producer Lars Iversen, formed in 2007. When performing live the band extends to a five-piece, featuring Mikkel Balster Dørig (guitar), Simon Littauer and Rasmus Littauer (drums).

Brothers Moving is a Danish band formed in New York City in 2008 by brothers Esben Knoblauch, Aske Knoblauch and Simon Knoblauch (cajón) along with Nils Sørensen (bass). They are regarded as one of the most influential street bands in the past few years, and considered early pioneers of using the cajón drum as a replacement for a full drum kit. The quartet is known for mixing genres and singing in both English and Danish, and their musical style is inspired by blues, funk, reggae, folk and early rock and roll.

C21 was a Danish boy band consisting of three key members: Søren Bregendal, Esben Duus, and David Pepke. The band has sold more than 40,000 copies in their native country Denmark, and more than 250,000 copies in Asia.

CHINAH is a three-member, English-language band from Copenhagen, Denmark. The group has backgrounds in folk, contemporary classical, and electronica music. Its members are singer and songwriter Fine Glindvad, guitarist Simon Kjær and electronic musician and pianist Simon Andersson. CHINAH released their debut single "Away from Me" in July 2015.

Choir of Young Believers is the musical project of singer, writer and guitarist Jannis Noya Makrigiannis from Copenhagen, Denmark. The band, which consists of Makrigiannis along with a rotating cast of supporting players, has had multiple No 1 hits in their home country of Denmark and was named the "Best New Act" at the 2009 Danish Music Awards. COYB’s music combines folk melodies, orchestral instrumentation, and dark lyrics.
Electric Lady Lab was a Danish elektro-pop duo made up of producer and songwriter Martin Bøge Pedersen and vocalist Stine Hjelm Jacobsen. Electric Lady Lab was founded in March 2009. Their debut album Flash! was released on 7 January 2011. The duo is part of the new wave of modern Danish dance music. Electric Lady Lab broke up in March 2016.

Gasolin' was a Danish rock band from Christianshavn, Copenhagen formed by Kim Larsen, Franz Beckerlee, and Wili Jønsson in 1969. Their first drummer was the late Bjørn Uglebjerg. He was replaced by Søren Berlev in 1971. At their formation, the guitar playing of Franz Beckerlee was inspired by Jimi Hendrix and the vocals and lyrics of Larsen was inspired by Bob Dylan, while the rhythm playing of Jønsson and Berlev owed much to The Beatles. However, they would soon develop their own musical style. The pop sensibility of Kim Larsen, the artistic attitude of Franz Beckerlee and the musical competence of Wili Jønsson would prove to be a recipe for success. Gasolin's lyrics were generally written by the entire group, often with the assistance of their friend Mogens Mogensen.
Go Go Berlin is a Danish rock band established in 2010 in Silkeborg, Denmark and signed with the record label Mermaid and with Sony Music for distribution. The band has released the album New Gold that charted in its first week of release in Tracklisten, the official Danish Albums Chart. Described as one of Denmark's strongest live acts, they appeared at the Roskilde Festival and Skanderborg Festival in 2013. Their second album, Electric Lives, has been recorded in Hansa Tonstudio and released in August 2015.

Heilung is an experimental folk music band made up of members from Denmark, Norway, and Germany. Their music is based on texts and runic inscriptions from Germanic peoples of the Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Viking Age. Heilung describe their music as "amplified history from early medieval northern Europe". Their music is usually about Norse deities, jǫtnar, and valkyries. "Heilung" is a German word meaning "healing" in English.

Hymns from Nineveh is a pop folk musical project of Danish singer and guitarist Jonas Petersen established in 2007 and signed to Warner Music Denmark.

I Got You On Tape is a Danish rock band formed in 2004 in Copenhagen originally made up of five members, namely Jacob Bellens, Jacob Funch (guitar), Jakob Bro (guitar) Jeppe Skovbakke (bass) and Rune Kielsgaard (drums). Jakob Bro left the band after touring their second album.

Ibrahim Electric is a Danish band situated primarily in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ibrahim Electric are widely famous in Denmark for their experimental music, many genres, including jazz, funk, afro-beat, surf and many more. The band members are Niclas Knudsen (guitar), Stefan Pasborg (drums) and Jeppe Tuxen In 2005 they recorded a live CD with trombonist Ray Anderson at Copenhagen Jazzhouse, called Ibrahim Electric Meets Ray Anderson. They repeated this in 2007 with the CD Ibrahim Electric Meets Ray Anderson - Again!.

L.I.G.A is a Danish urban pop trio formed in 2012 made up of Nicky Russell, Feras Agwa and Ihan Haydar. They are signed to RE:A:CH and for distribution with Universal Music in Denmark. After Feras Agwa leaving in 2015, the formation continued as a duo consisting of Nicky Russell and Ihan Haydar.

Leæther Strip is a Danish musical project founded on January 13, 1988 by Claus Larsen. Its influence has been most felt in the electronic body music and electro-industrial genres. Leæther Strip was one of the earliest and most prominent acts on Germany's now defunct Zoth Ommog record label. For distribution outside of Europe, the music has been licensed to the U.S. labels Cleopatra Records and Metropolis Records. After the demise of Zoth Ommog in 1999, Larsen signed to Bloodline Records, which only released a single before also going out of business. In 2005, Leæther Strip signed with the Belgian-based label Alfa Matrix. On June 3, 2011, Larsen announced his split from Alfa Matrix in order to self-release future material.

Nina & Frederik were a Danish–Dutch popular singing duo of the late 1950s and early 1960s. Their repertoire consisted of a blend of folk music, calypsos and standards. The duo consisted of Frederik van Pallandt and his wife at the time, Nina van Pallandt.

Panamah is a Danish electronic group from Copenhagen made up of DJ producer Anders Christensen, guitarist Peter Lützen and lead singer Amalie Stender. The group's minimalist pop approach to electronic music has attracted attention particularly with their 2010 debut single "Ikke for sent", also remixed by Boom Clap Bachelors in April 2010. Influences include Junior Boys, Booka Shade, Bat For Lashes as well as Everything but the Girl, Kate Bush and Simon & Garfunkel. The band also released a successful single "DJ Blues"

The Royal Life Guards Music Band is the foremost military band in the Danish Defence and the official regimental band of the Danish Royal Life Guards. The DKLM is based in Copenhagen and primarily participates in parades and ceremonies for the Danish monarch and the Danish royal family. It also supports the government and the military, specifically increasing the esprit de corps in army units as well as in the public.

The Rumour Said Fire is a Danish band, founded in 2008 by singer, songwriter and guitarist Jesper Lidang.

Scarlet Pleasure is a Danish R&B, soul, funk and pop musical trio made up of Emil Goll as lead vocals, Alexander Malone on bass and Joachim Dencker on drums. The formative years of the all-Danish trio was in New York City. They released their 2014 EP Mirage, 2016 album Youth Is Wasted on the Young and 2017 EP Limbo all charting on Tracklisten, the official Danish Albums Chart. The band is signed to Copenhagen Records.

Shu•bi•dua or Shu-bi-dua is a Danish pop group that was formed in 1973 in Copenhagen, as an expansion of the group Passport. Throughout their 40-year history, Shu-bi-dua changed their lineup many times, however their lead singer Michael Bundesen was with the band throughout, except for the gap between 1984 and 1987. They have produced many well-known hits in Denmark, like Vuffeli-vov, Hvalen Hvalborg, Står på en Alpetop, Stærk Tobak, Familien kom til Kaffe, Sex Chikane, We wanna be free, and many more. Their musical style owed much to folk and Central European schlager. They are the Danish band with most selling albums in Denmark.

The Singing Dogs was a musical recording project under whose name two 45rpm singles were released in the 1950s.

Slesvigske musikkorps is a Danish NATO military brass band based out of the base in Haderslev Kaserne, also home to the Schleswig Foot Regiment.

The Tolkien Ensemble is a Danish ensemble which aims to create "the world's first complete musical interpretation of the poems and songs from The Lord of the Rings". They published four CDs from 1997 to 2005, in which all the poems and songs of The Lord of the Rings are set to music. The project was approved by both the Tolkien family and HarperCollins Publishers. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark gave permission to use her illustrations in the CD layout.

TV-2 is a Danish pop rock band group formed in 1981 in Aarhus. The group is composed of Steffen Brandt, Hans Erik Lerchenfeld, Georg Olesen, and Sven Gaul. Having released 19 studio albums, four live albums and three compilations, they are one of the most commercially successful Danish bands of all time - according to the band's own sales figures, they have sold more than two million records.

Los Umbrellos was a Latin pop dance group formed in Denmark. It was formed by record producer Kenneth Bager in 1997 and disbanded in 1999. It was led by the rapper Al Agami, the exiled crown prince of the small African enclave of Lado. His family fled to Denmark to escape the persecution of Ugandan dictator Idi Amin The group contained backing vocals from two former models and Danish TV cohosts, Mai Britt Vingsøe and Grith Höifeldt.

WhoMadeWho is a Copenhagen-based experimental pop trio, who formed in 2003. The band consists of jazz guitarist Jeppe Kjellberg, drummer Tomas Barfod and singer/bassist Tomas Høffding.

Zididada is a Danish pop music band formed in 1997 by Jimmy Colding and Danny Linde. They picked the name as a notation for eternal sun. The band took part in 2004 in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2004, the selection process for Danish entry to Eurovision Song Contest 2004 to be held in Istanbul with the song "Prinsesse" ending up with 46 points and second overall to the winning song "Sig det' løgn" by Thomas Thordarson that garnered 60 points to represent Denmark. In 2008, the band performed "Take It All", its theme song for the wrestling show, WWE Judgment Day 2008.
