WThe Belize Sugar Cane Farmer Association (BSCFA) is an organization that represents the cane farmers of Northern Belize by negotiating in their behalf so as to achieve development. BSCFA has two divisions which are Corozal District and Orange Walk District each one consisting of nine branches and the organization presently has more than 5000 cane farmers as members. Presently, 94% of the cane farmers are small cane farmers that have licences to deliver 550 tons of cane or less. WBharatiya Kisan Union is a farmer's representative organisation in India. It was founded by Chaudhary Charan Singh from the Punjab Khetibari Union which became its Punjab branch. The union is affiliated to the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee and Via Campesina. The national headquarters of the union is located in Sisauli, Uttar Pradesh.

Descended from the United Farmers of Canada, a loose federation of militant farmers' organizations, it was created as the Interprovincial Farm Union Council (IFUC) in 1945 to co-ordinate activities between provincial bodies, particularly the Alberta Farmers Union and the United Farmers of Canada who were planning a farmers' strike if grievances on farm prices and marketing problems were not solved. In 1960 it was renamed the National Farmers Union and in 1969 it was refounded with a national convention as a direct membership organization.

The WFO aims to strengthen agricultural producers and farmers' positions within value chains, with a particular focus on smallholder farmers. As such, it closely cooperates with the FAO. The WFO is also acting as a successor to the now-defunct IFAP with its controversial focus on representing middle-class to rich farmers from the Global North, and cooperates with Bayer in several projects.
