WMagnus Hirschfeld was a German physician and sexologist educated primarily in Germany; he based his practice in Berlin-Charlottenburg during the Weimar period. An outspoken advocate for sexual minorities, Hirschfeld founded the Scientific-Humanitarian Committee and World League for Sexual Reform. Historian Dustin Goltz characterized the committee as having carried out "the first advocacy for homosexual and transgender rights". "Hirschfeld's radical ideas changed the way Germans thought about sexuality." Hirschfeld was targeted by Nazis for being Jewish and gay; he was beaten by völkisch activists in 1920, and in 1933 his Institut für Sexualwissenschaft was sacked and had its books burned by Nazis. He was forced into exile in France, where he died in 1935.

She began her political career in the Radical Civic Union (UCR) from 1982 until the Alliance appointed Lopez Murphy as minister, and from 2003 to the present in Espacio Abierto, that joined the Front for Victory in the 2009 election. Since November 2013, she has been a member of the National Board of the Broad Front.

A nationalist activist during World War I, he became noted for his pioneering research into the biostatistics of Transylvania and Banat regions, as well as a promoter of eugenics and social interventionism. As a bio- and geopolitician, Manuilă advocated the consolidation of Greater Romania through population exchanges, colonization, state-sponsored assimilation, or discriminatory policies.
WEleonora Menicucci de Oliveira is a Brazilian sociologist and was Minister of the Secretariat of Policies for Women until Dilma Rousseff's Impeachment in 2016. She is a full professor in public health at Federal University of São Paulo. A member of the Workers' Party, and dedicated to feminism, she is favorable to the legalization of abortion in Brazil. Menicucci has a degree in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1974), MA in Sociology from the Federal University of Paraíba (1983), Ph.D. in political science from the University of São Paulo (1990), post-doctorate in Health and Work of Women from University of Milan (1994/1995) and a teaching degree in Public Health from the School of Public Health, University of São Paulo (1996). She publishes research studies and articles on critical issues related to women in the fields of health, violence and labor. She is divorced and has two children.
WAlicia Miyares Fernández is a Spanish philosopher, feminist, researcher, and women's rights activists. She has served as the spokesperson for several feminist organizations including anti-womb renting No Somos Vasijas and Recav. She has been involved with the efforts to keep abortion legal, writing the manifesto for the 2014 Tren de la Libertad. Miyares Fernández was active in advocating feminist causes ahead of the 2019 Spanish general elections.

WMagaly Quintana Pereyra was a Nicaraguan feminist historian and activist. She was director of Catholic Women for the Right to Choose, advocating for the right to therapeutic abortion following its ban in Nicaragua in 2006. She also led advocacy opposing violence against women, raising awareness of femicide in the country. In 2018, she joined the anti-government protests.
WEugen D. Relgis (backward reading of Eisig D. Sigler; first name also Eugenio, Eugène or Eugene, last name also Siegler or Siegler Watchel; was a Romanian writer, pacifist philosopher and anarchist militant, known as a theorist of humanitarianism. His internationalist dogma, with distinct echoes from Judaism and Jewish ethics, was first shaped during World War I, when Relgis was a conscientious objector. Infused with anarcho-pacifism and socialism, it provided Relgis with an international profile, and earned him the support of pacifists such as Romain Rolland, Stefan Zweig and Albert Einstein. Another, more controversial, aspect of Relgis' philosophy was his support for eugenics, which centered on the compulsory sterilization of "degenerates". The latter proposal was voiced by several of Relgis' essays and sociological tracts.
