WThe Department of Musicology is an institute of Palacký University Faculty of Philosophy, which conducts research and provides education in the fields of musicology and fine art. While the Faculty of Philosophy dates back to 1576 and has provided education for a number of art theorists, the separate Department of Musicology was established in 1946. It is sited in the building of University Art Centre, together with other two art departments of Faculty of Philosophy and two art departments of Faculty of Education.

After receiving the academic degree Master of Arts, graduates of ECUE may engage in various business fields, however, especially EU-related professions are targeted.
WThe Geneva Academy of international Humanitarian Law and Human Rights is a postgraduate joint center located in Geneva, Switzerland. The faculty includes professors from both founding institutions and guest professors from major universities.
WHumanities Colleges were introduced in 2004 as part of the Specialist Schools Programme in the United Kingdom. The system enables secondary schools to specialise in certain fields, in this case, humanities. Schools that successfully apply to the Specialist Schools Trust and become Humanities Colleges will receive extra funding from this joint private sector and government scheme. Humanities Colleges also act as a local point of reference for other schools and businesses in the area, with an emphasis on promoting humanities within the community.

The M.M. combines advanced studies in an applied area of specialization with graduate-level academic study in subjects such as music history, music theory, or music pedagogy. The degree, which takes one or two years of full-time study to complete, prepares students to be professional performers, conductors, and composers, according to their area of specialization. The M.M. is often required as the minimum teaching credential for university, college, and conservatory instrumental or vocal teaching positions.
WSocial Sciences, Humanities and the Arts for People and the Economy (SHAPE,) is a joint initiative, developed in 2020, by LSE, the British Academy, the Academy of Social Sciences and Arts Council England, to provide a new collective name for the academic disciplines of social science, humanities and the Arts. SHAPE describes these academic disciplines, which focus on human behaviour, as those which ‘help us understand ourselves, others and the human world around us’.
WIn the United States education system, social studies is the integrated study of multiple fields of social science and the humanities, including history, geography, and political science. The term was first coined by American educators around the turn of the twentieth century as a catch-all for these subjects, as well as others which did not fit into the traditional models of lower education in the United States, such as philosophy and psychology. One of the purposes of social studies, particularly at the level of higher education, is to integrate several disciplines, with their unique methodologies and special focuses of concentration, into a coherent field of subject areas that communicate with each other by sharing different academic "tools" and perspectives for deeper analysis of social problems and issues. The social studies aims to train students for informed, responsible participation in a diverse democratic society. The content of social studies provides the necessary background knowledge in order to develop values and reasoned opinions, and the objective of the field is civic competence.
WThe School of Humanities is one of the academic units of the University of California, Irvine. Upon the school's opening in 1965, the Division of Humanities was one of the five liberal arts divisions that the campus had to offer. Samuel McCulloch was appointed as UC Irvine's founding dean of Humanities 1963. The School hosts the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae and the University of California Humanities Research Institute.
