
The Anti-Corruption Coalition Uganda, abbreviated as ACCU, is a Ugandan civil society advocacy organization whose primary aim is to fight against corruption in Uganda. It has a network of nine (9) Regional Anti-Corruption Coalitions (RACCs) in the country.

The Association of Representatives of the Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom CLBG (ARKBK) is a non-profit charity and NGO in the West-Ugandan kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara. It was established by royal charter on August 27, 2009 by Omukama ("King") Solomon Iguru I and is incorporated under the Ugandan Companies Act. Its purpose is to promote the Kingdom internationally and to support development programs for the region. The organisation aims to remain neutral in regards to political and religious matters.

Battery Operated Systems for Community Outreach (BOSCO) Uganda is a Not-for-Profit Organization (NPO) under the trusteeship of the Catholic Archdiocese of Gulu with registration number B9410051328-N registered on March 9th 2007. The organization which initially started as a collaboration between friends from Gulu and the United States of America, who thought of using ICT to help end the isolation of communities in the IDP camps, by setting up ICT centres in the camps and connecting one ICT Centre with another.

The Uganda National NGO Forum (UNNGOF) is a Ugandan nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a sharing and reflection platform for Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) so that they can influence governance and development processes in Uganda. It is an independent and inclusive national platform whose primary constituency and owners are NGOs in their diversity and configurations. UNNGOF is, however, open to other interest groups within a broadly defined civil society in the East African country.

The Uganda Road Sector Support Initiative (URSSI), is a Ugandan transport advocacy nonprofit organization that works to improve governance in the transport sector, with a special focus on road transport. It is based in Uganda, the third-largest economy in the East African Community and impacts Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Uganda Women's Network (UWONET) is a Ugandan non-governmental organization (NGO) working to advance public policy regarding women's rights. It is an umbrella organisation of national women's NGOs and individuals operating in East Africa. The executive director is Rita H. Aciro-Lakor.
