Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals, released in Japan as Final Fantasy , is an anime OVA based on the Final Fantasy series of role-playing video games. It was released in Japan in 1994 and distributed by Urban Vision in 1997 in North America on VHS. Urban Vision have since lost the distribution license and to date the series hasn't been released in any other format, such as DVD, following its initial video release.

First Kiss Story is a romance visual novel developed by HuneX. It was originally released for the PC-FX on April 24, 1998, and was the last game to be released for the system. It received a port to the PlayStation in the same year on November 26. The PlayStation version had additional content and used two CDs instead of one. It is followed by an OVA anime sequel and First Kiss Story II. The game, along with its sequel, were ported to the PlayStation 2 in First Kiss Stories.

Gift is a Japanese adult visual novel developed by Moonstone and released on May 27, 2005, for Windows. Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai is a series of mahjong video games that have been developed and released by Jaleco on a variety of systems including arcade, PC, and video game consoles. The first game in the series was on the Super Famicom in 1993 as Bishōjo Janshi Suchie-Pai and was renamed Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai for its subsequent releases. Kenichi Sonoda did the character designs. There is also an anime OVA that is based on the game.

The OVA is an alternate rendition of two flashbacks found within the 1997 video game Final Fantasy VII. Last Order was released in Japan with Advent Pieces: Limited, a special edition release of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and as a bonus feature in the North American "Limited Edition Collector's Set" release of Advent Children.

The first episode was produced in 1993, followed by two additional episodes in 1995. Nakoruru ~Ano hito kara no okurimono~ is an unfinished Japanese anime OVA series based on the video game of the same name, released for DVD on May 25, 2002. The OVA is directed by Katsuma Kanazawa with character designs from Yasuomi Umetsu, best known for doing the designs in Mezzo Forte and Kite. It was first slated for 13 episodes, cut to two, but lacked funding to finish the second. As a result, it only has a single episode released. YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World is a visual novel adventure game developed and published by ELF Corporation.
