
Titanfall is a multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It was released for Windows and Xbox One on March 11, 2014; an Xbox 360 version ported by Bluepoint Games was released April 8, 2014. The game was anticipated as the debut title from developers formerly behind the Call of Duty franchise.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale-hero shooter game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in February 2019, and for Nintendo Switch in March 2021. A mobile version of the game specially designed for touchscreens titled Apex Legends Mobile has also been announced which is scheduled to be fully released by 2022 on Android and iOS. The game supports cross-platform play.

"Effect and Cause" is the fifth level in the 2016 video game Titanfall 2. It features a unique gameplay mechanic which allows the player to shift back and forth in time between the level's dilapidated present-day state and its functioning past state. It was created by the senior designer of Titanfall 2, Jake Keating, who was inspired to implement the time travel mechanic in part after watching the History Channel series Life After People. Keating originally intended to use the concept for the first Titanfall, but the designers did not have the time to implement it.

The Smart Pistol is a fictional handgun used in the Titanfall series of first-person shooter video games. Created for pilots of the game's mechs, known as Titans, it is used to fight adversaries when the pilot is outside of the mech. The Smart Pistol MK5 appears in the first Titanfall, while the Smart Pistol MK6 appears in Titanfall 2. Known as a "controversial", notorious and divisive weapon due to its ability to automatically target and fire at multiple enemies at once, its power was lowered in the sequel, where it was made a temporary weapon. The Smart Pistol was both criticized for how strong its targeting ability was, and praised for its uniqueness and how it lowered the barrier to entry for players who were new to the genre or normally performed poorly in shooters.

Titanfall 2 is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. A sequel to 2014's Titanfall, the game was released worldwide on October 28, 2016, for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. In Titanfall 2, players control Titans, mecha-style exoskeletons and their pilots, who are agile and equipped with a variety of skills ranging from wall-running to cloaking. Set in a science fiction universe, the single-player campaign follows the story of Jack Cooper, a rifleman from the Frontier Militia, who bonds with his mentor's Titan BT-7274 after his mentor is killed in action. Together, they embark on a quest to stop the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) from launching a superweapon that is threatening to destroy the Militia planet Harmony.

Titanfall: Assault was a real-time strategy video game in the Titanfall series for mobile platforms in the style of Clash Royale. It was developed by Particle City and Respawn Entertainment from Electronic Arts, published by Nexon, and released for iOS and Android in August 2017. More titles are expected from Nexon, EA and Respawn's 2015 mobile game partnership.

Titanfall: Frontline is a cancelled card battle video game developed by American studio Particle City for Android and iOS devices, as part of the Titanfall franchise.
