
Arun Lhokseumawe Special Economic Zone or abbreviated as Arun Lhokseumawe KEK, is a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in Lhokseumawe city and North Aceh Regency, Aceh, Indonesia. This SEZ has been established through on Government Regulation No. 5 / 2017.
Bakauheni is a town in the southern part of the province of Lampung, Indonesia and is the largest and busiest port in the province, and also one of the busiest ports in Indonesia. Ferries carrying passengers and vehicles, particularly large trucks, connect Bakauheni with the major port of Merak in Java across the Sunda Strait. There are plans for a Sunda Strait Bridge to connect the Bakauheni district with Java. The harbour is managed by the national port company PT ASDP.

Cikarang Dry Port (CDP) is a dry port located within Kota Jababeka at Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. CDP was established in 2010 with a total area of 200 hectares. It is operated by PT Cikarang Inland Port, a subsidiary of publicly listed PT Jababeka Tbk, and becomes the first and only Integrated Customs Services Zone in Indonesia. As an inland dry port model, CDP serves as a port extension providing solution to chronic congestion and delays at the major import export gateway of Tanjung Priok. The main objective is simply to cut the dwelling time from 3.2 days to the government target of 2.5 days.

Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate or JIIPE is an industrial area, integrated with deep sea port, residential estate and industrial area at Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. The project is located 24 km from Surabaya. It is being jointly developed by PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, and PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia, a subsidiary of state owned company Pelindo III.

Port of Ketapang is a ferry seaport located in Ketapang Village, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Indonesia that connects eastern coast of Java with Bali. The port is operated by ASDP Indonesia Ferry, a state-owned port authority company. Travellers who are planning to visit Bali via land route may ferry from this port and harbor at Port of Gilimanuk in western Bali. The average ferry duration between the two harbors are usually about 1 hour. The harbor is planned to be fully integrated with Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road in 2021.

Port of Merak is a seaport located in the Pulo Merak District of the city of Cilegon, Banten, on the northwestern tip of Java, Indonesia. The port and district are named after the green peafowl, which once lived in the region, but now only lives in the nearby Ujung Kulon National Park. The port is connected to Jakarta via the Jakarta-Merak Toll Road and is also connected to the Bakauheni port which is located at the south of the Trans-Sumatran Highway.

This SEZ has been established through Government Regulation No. 29 of 2012 on 27 February 2012. The development of SEZ Sei Mangkei is being focused mainly on Palm Oil and Rubber Processing Industry. SEZ Sei Mangkei was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on January 27, 2015.

Port of Tanjung Perak is the second busiest sea port in Indonesia, located at Surabaya, East Java. It is the main port for the eastern part of the island of Java. The port is accessed from the North through the Madura Strait, a 25-mile (40-kilometer) long, 100-meter (110-yard) wide, and 9.5-meter (31-foot) deep channel between East Java and Madura Island. Because of its strategic position and the existence of surrounding advantageous hinterlands, the port constitutes the center of inter island shipping for Eastern Indonesia. Container terminal of the port is known as Terminal Petikemas. The port loaded and unloaded 3.55 million and 3.8 million TEUs of cargo during 2017 and 2018 respectively. The container port ranked as 43rd busiest in the world by Lloyd's One Hundred Ports 2019.

Port of Tanjung Priok is the busiest and most advanced Indonesian seaport, handling more than 50% of Indonesia's trans-shipment cargo traffic. The port is located at Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, which is operated by Indonesian state owned PT Pelindo II. The port loaded and unloaded 6.2 million, 6.92 million, and 7.8 million TEUs of cargo during 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively, out of a total capacity of about 8 million TEUs. The container port ranked as 22nd busiest in the world by Lloyd's One Hundred Ports 2019.

Teluk Bayur formerly known as Emma Haven or Emmahaven is a port located in Bayur Bay of Padang city, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The port, the largest and busiest on the western coast of Sumatra, is operated by the government owned company PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia II.

Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal, abbreviated as TBCT, or commonly known as Tanjung Bara, is a coal loading port in Indonesia. Primarily known for its coal loading terminal, it lies on the southeast coast of East Kalimantan, Borneo.
