WBakota Bay is a bay located on Dniester formed after construction of the Dniester Hydro Power Station. The bay is part of the Podilski Tovtry National Nature Park. Its area is about 1,590 ha.
WThe Deepwater Navigation Course "Danube – Black Sea is a deep-water canal in the Danube Delta that runs through a Danube Delta distributaries Chilia, Old Istambul and "Bystroe". Through most of its length it coincides with the Romania-Ukraine border that stretches along Danube. The canal is served by the Ukrainian state company Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority and its piloting services branch Delta Lotsman. Portion of the canal, Bystroe, stretched through territory of Ukraine rather along the main course raised big concern in Romania which emphasized ecological issues of it as it stretches through the Ukrainian Biosphere Reserve "Danube Delta".
WThe Chilia or Kiliya branch is one of three main distributary channels of the river Danube that contributes to forming the Danube Delta. Lying at the northernmost area of the delta, the distributary creates a natural border between Romania and Ukraine and is named after the two towns carrying the same name, located across from one another on both banks: Kiliya, on the northern, Ukrainian bank and Chilia Veche on the southern, Romanian bank.

WDniester Estuary, or Dniester Liman is a liman, formed at the point where the river Dniester flows into the Black Sea. It is located in Ukraine, in Odessa Oblast, and connects Budjak to the Ukrainian mainland. The city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi lies on its western shore and Ovidiopol on its eastern shore. Shabo, situated downstream of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, is known for its wine. The estuary hosts the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky Seaport.
WGulf of Tendra or Tendra Bay is a shallow water bay off the coast of Ukraine, northern Black Sea. The gulf is separated from the sea by the Tendra Spit. The gulf is 45 km long, 7 km wide, and up to 6 m depth. It is included in the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve. From 1993 to 2003 it was included in the Montreux Record.
WKaradag Nature Reserve is a protected nature reserve that covers a portion of the southeast coast of the Crimean peninsula. Encompassing mountains, forest-steppe, shoreline and marine areas, Karadag is an area of high biodiversity and the subject of much scientific study throughout the past 100 years. It supports a high number of Crimea's endemic species, and important bird colonies. The reserve is 36 km southwest of the city of Feodosia, and is currently administered by the Russian Academy of Sciences.
WKarkinit, Karkinitski, Carcinites, or Karkinitsky Bay is a bay of the Black Sea that separates the northwestern Crimean Peninsula from the mainland Ukraine. It was named after the early Greek settlement of Kerkinitis (Κερκινίτης) on the Crimean coast in place of modern Yevpatoria.
WKazantyp is a headland located in the northeastern part of the Crimean peninsula on the shore of the Azov Sea. The Crimean Tatar name qazan tüp means "cauldron's bottom" referring to its concave profile.

WSasyk, or Kunduk, is a lagoon or liman in southern Ukraine, near the Danube Delta. It is a Ramsar listed wetland site important for migrating, breeding and moulting birds. About 25,000 pairs of wetland birds make their nests there and seasonal conglomerations of birds are up to 100,000 individuals.
WShatsk National Natural Park is a national park of Ukraine which was established in 1983 and aimed to preserve, reconstitute and to use effectively Volyn Polissia natural complexes and objects of special environmental, recreational, educational and aesthetic value. The park is located on the territory of Shatsk Region in northwest part of Volyn Oblast. The general area of the park is 490 square kilometres (190 sq mi), 188 km2 (73 sq mi) of which are handed over for its permanent use. Lesia Ukrainka, Volyn State University is a scientific curator. Two ecological paths, Svitiazianka and Lisova Pisnia, are working in the Shatsk NNP.
WShatskyi Lakes means "Lakes of Shatsk" in Ukrainian. It is a group of fresh water lakes located in northern Ukraine near the borders with Belarus and Poland, in the basin of the Bug river, and are known for their clean, pure waters. The biggest lake and the most famous is Svitiaz.
WThe Smotrych is a left tributary of the Dniester, flowing through the Podillia upland of western Ukraine. Its length is 168 km (104 mi), and its drainage basin covers 1,800 km² (694 mi²). The average width of the river is 10–15 meters wide, and at one point exceeds 40 m.
WLake Synevyr is the largest lake in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine. It is located in Mizhhiria Raion, Zakarpattia Oblast, not far from the village of Synevyr Poliana. It is part of the National natural preserve "Synevyr", which was established in 1989. Scientists estimate that the lake formed about ten thousand years ago. In 2008, the lake was recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Ukraine.
WSynevyr National Nature Park is one of National Parks in Ukraine, located in Zakarpattia Oblast, in southwest of the country. It was established in 1974 and covers an area of 40,400 hectares. The Park has its headquarters in the town of Khust.
WThe Syvash or Sivash, also known as the Putrid Sea or Rotten Sea, consists of a large system of shallow lagoons on the west coast of the Sea of Azov. Separated from the sea by the narrow Arabat Spit, the water of the Syvash covers an area of around 2,560 km2 (990 sq mi) and the entire area spreads over about 10,000 km2 (3,900 sq mi). Its eastern connection to the Sea of Azov is called the Henichesk Strait. The Syvash borders the northeastern coast of the main Crimean Peninsula; Central and Eastern Syvash registered as wetlands of Ukraine under Ramsar Convention, after the 2014 Russian annexation of Crimea became under a territorial dispute.
WTuzly Lagoons are a group of marine lagoons (limans) in southern Bessarabia (Budjak), Ukraine. The lagoons are part of the Tuzly Lagoons National Nature Park, proclaimed on January 1, 2010. The name of the lagoons originates from the Turkish: Tuzlu, which means salty.
WTuzly Lagoons National Nature Park is a Protected area located in Tatarbunary Raion of Odessa Oblast, southern Ukraine. The park was set up by decree of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, on January 1, 2010.
WTylihul Estuary also called Tiligulskiy liman or simply Tiligul is a Ramsar listed government protected estuary or liman of the Tylihul River. Located in Odessa Oblast in the south of Ukraine, the estuary includes an ornithological Game Reserve and the Tylihulskyi Regional Landscape Park situated on the East coast.
