WNational parks of Sweden are managed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and owned by the state. The goal of the national park service is to create a system of protected areas that represent all the distinct natural regions of the country. In 1909, Sweden became the first country in Europe to establish such parks when nine were opened following the Riksdag passing of a law on national parks that year. This was followed by the establishment of seven parks between 1918 and 1962 and thirteen between 1982 and 2009, with the latest being Åsnen National Park in 2018. As of 2020 there are 30 national parks in Sweden, comprising a total area of 743,238 hectares.

WBlå Jungfrun, also known as "Blåkulla", in English sometimes rendered literally as The Blue Maiden is a Swedish island in the Baltic Sea. It is situated in the Kalmar Strait, between the mainland province of Småland and the island province of Öland. Administratively, the uninhabited island is part of the municipality of Oskarshamn and covers an area of approximately 0.7 km2 (0.27 sq mi) with a mean height above sea level of 86 m (282 ft). Home to black guillemots and a Swedish National Park since 1926, freedom to roam at Blå Jungfrun is limited with visitors prohibited from staying overnight on the island or making fires.
WDalby Söderskog is a small national park in the province of Scania in southern Sweden, situated in the municipality of Lund, near Dalby. It has an area of 0.36 km2 (0.14 sq mi) and consists of broadleaf forest. It was established in 1918, when it was thought to be a unique remnant of primeval forest. In fact, the area has previously been used for pasture. The ground contains much limestone and chalk, which makes the flora rich. In particular, there are many spring flowers. An earth bank of unknown origin, possibly the ruins of an ancient fort, surrounds parts of the park. The national park encompasses the southern part of Dalby hage, while the northern parts form a nature reserve.
WDjurö is an island, a surrounding archipelago of some 30 islands, and a national park situated in Sweden's biggest lake, Vänern. Established in 1991, the national park has an area of 24 km2 (9.3 sq mi), and includes all the islands of the archipelago.
WFärnebofjärden National Park is a Swedish national park traversed by the river Dalälven, about 140 km (87 mi) north of Stockholm. It covers 10,100 ha, of which 4,110 ha aquatic, on the frontier between the counties of Dalarna and Gävleborg.
WFulufjället National Park is a national park in central Sweden. Its total area is 385 km2 (149 sq mi), located entirely within Älvdalen Municipality in the province of Dalarna. It is named after the mountain Fulufjället, 1,044 m (3,425 ft) high. It covers the Swedish part of the Fulufjället massif, which is the southernmost part of the Scandes in Sweden. The Norwegian part of the massif is protected by Norway's Fulufjellet National Park.
WGarphyttan National Park is a Swedish national park in Kilsbergen west of Örebro in Lekeberg Municipality. The national park has an area of 1.11 km2 (0.43 sq mi) and was established in 1909 as the first of its kind in Sweden, but was in existence as early as 1857.

WSöderåsen is a northwest-southwest elongated bedrock ridge in Scania in southern Sweden. On Söderåsen is Scania's highest point at 212 m (696 ft) above sea level. It is intersected by several fissure valleys. The ridge extends from Röstånga in the southeast to the Åstorp in northwest.

WTresticklan National Park is located in the municipality of Dals-Ed in northwestern Dalsland, Sweden, along the Norwegian border. "Trestickel" means "trident", possibly a reference to the shape of Lake Stora Tresticklan. This national park contains one of the few remaining areas of old-growth forest in southern Scandinavia. The park was established in 1996 and has an area of 28.97 km2 (11.19 sq mi). The park's highest point is the Orshöjden.
