Almannaskarðsgöng is a tunnel along Route 1, located just east of the town of Höfn (Hornafjörður) in the Eastern Region of Iceland.

The Arlberg Railway Tunnel forms the central part of the Arlberg railway in western Austria, running between the federal states Tyrol and Vorarlberg. It traverses through the Arlberg massif at the northeastern end of the Rhaetian Alps.

The Herren Tunnel is a German 780 metre-long road-tunnel underneath the river Trave. It is part of the national highway Bundesstrasse 75, connecting Lübeck and Travemünde. It is Germany's second toll tunnel, and was opened on 26 August 2005.

Keightley Way is a southwestern road and tunnel in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. It connects Rosia Road at Little Bay to the Ibrahim-al-Ibrahim Mosque and Nun's Well at Europa Point. Dug in 1960, it was the last surface tunnel to be built in Gibraltar. The tunnel was designed to take a two lane road and space for pedestrians, although it now only carries one lane of traffic southbound. It was named after General Sir Charles Keightley who was the Governor of Gibraltar at the time.

Koznitsa is a railway tunnel under the Koznitsa ridge in the Stara planina, the longest tunnel in Bulgaria. The tunnel is located between the Bulgarian towns of Koprivshtitsa and Klisura and is 5,808 m long. It is the seventh tunnel on the Sofia–Karlovo line, starting at the exit of Koprivshtitsa station and ending just before Stryama station. Along its entire length the tunnel is straight and at Koprivshtitsa the lights of the locomotive are visible a long distance into the tunnel.
The Lučivná Tunnel is a short covered tunnel in northern Slovakia, on the D1 motorway between Štrba and Mengusovce. Its construction started in 2005 and was open in 2007. Its purpose is to provide a safe crossing for wild animals.

The Markusbierg tunnels are a pair of parallel tunnels, which form the most easterly section of the A13 motorway through Luxembourg, near the town of Schengen. The tunnels are 1575 metres in length, and descend easterly, towards the German border at a 5% gradient. The eastern end of the tunnel runs directly to a viaduct crossing the Moselle River, which forms the border with Germany.

Múlagöng or Ólafsfjarðargöng is a tunnel in Iceland, located in Northeastern Region along Route 82, connecting Dalvík and Ólafsfjörður. It has a length of 3,400 m (11,155 ft) and was opened on March 1, 1991.

The Noord Tunnel is a tunnel under the Noord on the motorway A15. The Noord Tunnel opened in 1992. The bridge that it replace now serves local traffic and dangerous materials that are not allowed into the tunnel.

The Piet Hein Tunnel is a 1.9 km long tunnel under the IJ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It provides a road link running east–west between the city center and the A10 ring-road, and since May 2005 also provides a tram link between the Amsterdam Centraal railway station and Haveneiland, IJburg. Completed in 1997, the tunnel, approaches and related buildings were designed by the hypermodernist Dutch architectural firm Van Berkel + Bos, and was named after the Dutch naval hero Piet Hein.

Strákagöng is a tunnel in Iceland, located in Northwestern Region along Route 76. It has a length of 800 m (2,625 ft) and was opened in 1967.

Tingstadstunneln is a motorway tunnel under the Göta älv, connecting Hisingen with mainland Gothenburg. The tunnel was constructed with two parallel immersed tubes with three lanes of traffic in each tube. It is part of the E6 route linking Norway with south-west Sweden.

The Ejpovice tunnel is a two-tube railway tunnel in the Czech Republic on the Prague–Pilsen railway line. It is located at Ejpovice and therefore bears its name. Since its commissioning in 2018, it has been the longest railway tunnel in the country. It shortens the journey between the cities of Plzeň and Rokycany from 20 to 11 minutes. The tunnel is designed for 200 km / h, but the maximum speed is currently limited to 160 km / h. The tunnel will remain the longest in the country until the planned Ore Mountains Base Tunnel between the Czech Republic and Germany surpasses it.

Vadlaheidargong (Vaðlaheiðargöng) is a toll tunnel in the north of Iceland along Route 1, just east of Akureyri. It passes between Eyjafjordur and Fjoskadalur. It is 7.4 km (4.6 mi) long and replaces a 21 km section of Route 1 including the Vikurskard pass. The tunnel shortens the travel between Akureyri and Husavik by 16 km.
Vestfjarðagöng is the longest tunnel in Iceland, located in Westfjords in northwestern Iceland. It has a length of 9,113 m (29,898 ft) and was opened in September 1996.

The Warnow Tunnel is a road tunnel 790 m long which connects the east and west bank of the Warnow river in the Hanseatic city of Rostock in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.

The Wienerwald Tunnel is a 13.35-kilometre-long railway tunnel near Vienna, passing underneath the northern part of Wienerwald between Gablitz and Mauerbach. It is part of a new 250 kilometres per hour section between Vienna and St. Pölten which is part of the Western Railway (Austria).
