It is responsible for the property management of the company's real estate portfolio, which includes facilities in the office, multi-family residential, retail, hospitality, and logistics industries.
WOlympia & York was a major international property development firm based in Toronto, Canada. The firm built major financial office complexes including Canary Wharf in London, the World Financial Center in New York City, and First Canadian Place in Toronto. It went bankrupt in the early 1990s and was recreated to eventually become Olympia & York Properties.

The building, measuring 640 feet (200 m) tall with 50 floors, is the southernmost skyscraper in Lower Manhattan. It was designed by William Lescaze & Assocs. and Kahn & Jacobs, and developed by Sol Atlas and John P. McGrath.
W5 Manhattan West is a building at 450 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, New York City. Also known as Westyard Distribution Center, it was designed by Davis Brody Bond and opened in 1969. The 1,800,000 square feet (170,000 m2), 16-story building originally had a beige precast concrete facade with a sloped base, and although the facade was cleaned up in 2003, it was seen as out of place with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
W200 Liberty Street, formerly known as One World Financial Center, is a skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City.
W200 Vesey Street, formerly known as Three World Financial Center and also known as American Express Tower, is a skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Located on West Street between Liberty Street and Vesey Street, the 739-foot (225 m) building is the tallest in the Brookfield Place complex. It is similar in design to 225 Liberty Street, except that it is capped by a solid pyramid whereas 225 Liberty is capped by a dome.
W225 Liberty Street, formerly Two World Financial Center, is a skyscraper in New York City, located at 225 Liberty Street in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. Rising 645 feet, the building is the second tallest of the four buildings in the Brookfield Place complex that stands in southwest Manhattan, and the 97th tallest in the city. It is similar in design to 200 Vesey Street, except that its roof is dome-shaped rather than 3 WFC's solid pyramid design. It is notably similar in design to One Canada Square in London's Canary Wharf development. Canary Wharf was, like the World Financial Center, a project by Canadian developers Olympia and York, and One Canada Square was designed by the same architects.

Shreve, Lamb and Harmon designed the structure, which is the 94th-tallest building in New York. The Building Owners and Managers Association awarded the 2000/2001 Pinnacle Award to 245 Park Avenue.

It served as the headquarters of Continental Airlines prior to its merger with United Airlines, and at one point also served as the headquarters of ExpressJet Airlines. It is a part of the Cullen Center complex.
W1625 Eye Street is a high-rise building located in Washington, D.C., United States. Its construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2003. The building rises to 160 feet (49 m), featuring 12 floors and 10 elevators to serve those 12 floors. The construction of this building replaced the Cafritz Building, which also used the same address as this building. The original architect of the building was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (Washington), who designed the postmodern concept of the building. Gensler repositioned the design and ultimately completed the documentation, permitting and construction administration of the building. The material of the postmodern design includes steel and glass. The building serves as an office use building and as a parking garage. The building is operated by Brookfield Properties. The building was originally operated and developed by Union Labor Life Insurance Company, though in late 2003, Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill (Washington) bought the operations to the building for $157 million.

When it was constructed, Security Pacific Plaza was unique for Downtown Los Angeles, in that its four sides each faced true north, south, east and west.

WExchange Place is a modern skyscraper located at 43–53 State Street or 1 Exchange Place, between Congress and Kilby Streets, in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1981–1985, it is Boston's 14th tallest building, standing 510 feet (155 m) tall, and containing 40 floors. It rises out of a previous building, the 12-story Boston Stock Exchange, built in 1889–1891 and designed by Peabody and Stearns. The intent was to demolish the older building in order to construct the skyscraper, but preservationists succeeded in rescuing a portion of the Stock Exchange's facade.

The project consists of two large office towers and two smaller residential towers, as well as a 1.5-acre (0.6-hectare) public park. The towers are being built on a platform over Penn Station storage tracks along Ninth Avenue. The buildings are close to the Hudson Yards mega-development to the west across Tenth Avenue. Upon its completion, the taller west tower will extend 995 feet (303 m) up to its roof and will be one of the tallest buildings in New York City.

Place de Ville C is the tallest building in Ottawa. It was once advertised as "Ottawa's glittering answer to the Toronto Dominion Centre and Place Ville Marie".

The skyscraper stands at just under 145m tall and 35 storeys. Royal Centre was the tallest building in Vancouver upon completion in 1973 and remained so until it was overtaken by Harbour Centre in 1977.

The office towers encompass 158,000 m2 (1,700,000 sq ft) of rentable office space with the complex also containing 23,000 m2 (250,000 sq ft) of retail and underground parking area. A glass-enclosed walkway provides shelter, and easy access to the surrounding buildings.
WTotal Plaza is a tower in Downtown Houston, Texas, one block away from the Allen Center complex. The building, managed by Brookfield Properties, opened in 1971. The 35 story building, designed by the architect Lloyd, Morgan & Jones, was renovated in 1981 and 1996, and features a mirror-finished reflective glass on its exterior. Each floor has about 24,000 sq ft (2,200 m2), with a total of 847,200 sq ft (78,710 m2). The building is named after its major tenant, Total Petrochemicals USA, a subsidiary of Total S.A.. The complex was formerly the headquarters of the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO).
