WThe Ambewela Aitken Spence Wind Farm is small wind farm in Ambewela, owned and operated by Ace Wind Power, a subsidiary of Aitken Spence. As of October 2012, it is one of the only few operating multi-megawatt wind farms in Sri Lanka. The wind farm consists of 12 wind turbines of 250 KW each, totalling the plant installed capacity to 3 megawatts.
WAmrumbank West in a German offshore wind farm in the North Sea owned by RWE. It is located about 35 km northwest of the island of Heligoland and around 18 km south-west of the Amrum Bank sandbank. It consists of 80 turbines in waters 19–24 m deep.

WThe Arkwright Summit Wind Farm is a 78.4 megawatt wind farm in Arkwright, New York. It uses 36 Vestas V110 turbines, 32 of which are rated at 2.2 megawatts and 4 of which are rated at 2.0 megawatts. The wind farm provides power for about 35,000 New York homes. The wind farm is located in Chautauqua County, within the Town of Arkwright, and the project connects to the grid in the Town of Pomfret. It was installed in 2018 and was developed and operated by EDP Renewables.
WAvedøre Holme Offshore Wind Farm is a nearshore wind farm right off the coast of Avedøre, Copenhagen. It was commissioned in 2009 with three 3.6 MW Siemens turbines as a demonstrator project for future offshore wind turbines. Ørsted owns two turbines, and a private collective owns the third. Ørsted and partners build a 2MW hydrogen electrolysis station at Avedøre Power Station supplied by Ørsted's two turbines.

WBlood Hill is a wind farm near Hemsby in Norfolk, England. It is the smallest windfarm owned by E.ON; taking up 3 hectares. It has a nameplate capacity of 2.25MW which is enough to power 1000 homes at peak. There are 10 Vestas V27-225 kW turbines which are 30 metres tall and stand on top of Blood Hill. They are visible from the villages of Hemsby and Winterton-on-Sea. Blood Hill began operating in December 1992 and was one of the first windfarms in the United Kingdom.
WBlue Canyon Wind Farm is the largest wind farm in Oklahoma, United States. The project, located in the Slick Hills north of Lawton, consists of four phases with a total output of 423.45 MW. As of 2008, Blue Canyon remains Oklahoma's largest wind farm; however, several organizations including Oklahoma Gas & Electric plan to greatly increase Oklahoma's wind power capacity, and future projects may be larger.
WBlyth Harbour Wind Farm is a coastal wind farm located in East Bedlington along the East Pier of the Port of Blyth. Commissioned in January 1993 it consists of nine 0.3 MW WindMaster turbines giving a total capacity of 2.7 MW. It was developed by AMEC Wind and is owned by Hainsford Developments Limited.

WBurgos Wind Farm is a wind farm in Burgos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It is the second wind farm built in the province of Ilocos Norte and the largest project of its kind in the Philippines. The estimated cost for the construction of the wind farm was US$450 million. The wind farm was commissioned in November 9, 2014 and upon its completion it became the largest wind farm in the country and in Southeast Asia, covering 600 hectares and three barangays of Burgos, namely Saoit, Poblacion and Nagsurot. The project was the first one to be nominated by the Department of Energy as eligible for the department's feed-in tariff scheme.

WCefn Croes is a wind farm in Ceredigion, Wales. It is located in the Cambrian Mountains on Cefn Croes mountain, 573m (1,880 ft) south of the A44 road between Aberystwyth and Llangurig, in west Wales. The construction of the wind farm commenced in February 2004, and was completed in the spring of 2005 when the 39 wind turbines started producing electricity. The maximum installed nameplate capacity is 58.5 MW.

The farm is located on top of the Elsfjellet plateau in the central part of the island of Hitra, just 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) south of the village of Straum and about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) west of Sandstad. Until the expansion of the Smøla Wind Farm in 2005, Hitra was the largest wind farm in the country and had total cost of 450 million kr.
WHundhammerfjellet Wind Farm is a wind farm located in Nærøysund, Norway. It has 17 windmills with output between 1.66 to 3.5 megawatts, delivered from Norwegian manufacturer Scanwind, Vestas and Enercon. The farm is owned by Nord-Trøndelag Elektrisitetsverk and has been completed in December 2009 with the installation of the ENERCON E-70 2.3 MW.
WHuron Wind is the first commercial wind farm in Ontario. It is located in the village of Inverhuron, Ontario near Tiverton, and consists of 5 Vestas V80-1.8MW wind turbines. It is next to the Bruce Power Visitor Centre, within sight of the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station, and adjacent to the larger Enbridge Ontario Wind Farm. Groundbreaking was on July 11, 2002 and it was declared officially in service on December 1, 2002.

The wind farm is about 5 km away from the Innenjade. It is known for its range of types of wind turbines including the Aeolus II and Enercon E-112 and the single-blade MBB Monopteros M50 from different manufacturers.
WThe Jersey-Atlantic Wind Farm in Atlantic City, in Atlantic County, New Jersey, is the first coastal wind farm in the United States and the first wind farm in New Jersey. With 48 wind turbines and a capacity of 110 megawatts (MW), Lillgrund is Sweden's largest offshore wind farm. It was designed to meet the domestic electricity demand of more than 60,000 homes. The farm's turbines have a rotor diameter of 93 metres and a total height of 115 metres.
WLori 1 Wind Farm is a wind farm located along the Bazum Mountains at Pushkin Pass in Lori, Armenia. It is the country's only wind farm. The wind farm consists of four 660-kW wind turbines and has a capacity of 2.64 MWe. Completed in December 2005 by the Iranian company Sunir with US$3.2 million funding from Iran, it is owned by the High-Voltage Electric Networks of Armenia. In 2006, the Lori 1 generated only 2.6 GWh of electricity.

WThe Royd Moor Wind Farm is located at Penistone, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England, and consists of thirteen 450 kW turbines. The site is located approximately 6 km north west of Penistone, above the A628 trunk road between Barnsley and Manchester. The turbines are set in two parallel, staggered rows of six and seven, on a ridge in hilly fell land lying 320 m above sea level.

WThe Smoky Hills Wind Farm is a 250 megawatt (MW) wind farm in Lincoln and Ellsworth Counties, 140 miles west of Topeka in Kansas, north of Ellsworth. The farm is operated by Enel Green Power. Highway K-14 and Interstate 70 pass through parts of the wind farm, with clear views of many of the wind turbines. The project uses 56 Vestas V80 1.8 MW wind turbines and produces enough electricity to power some 37,000 average Kansas homes annually. As of 19 November 2008, phase II is under construction with 99 GE 1.5 MW wind turbines for an additional 148.5 MW, to bring the total nameplate capacity to 249.3 MW. Phase II was completed and began commercial operation in December 2008.

WStarfish Hill Wind Farm is a wind power station spread over two hills near Cape Jervis, South Australia. It has 22 wind turbines, eight on Starfish Hill itself and 14 on Salt Creek Hill, with a combined generating capacity of 33 MW of electricity.

The project, which cost $287 million, is the first wind farm in the Kingdom and the region. According to the energy company juwi, the eight wind turbine facility is capable of generating up to 46.5MW of energy, enough to power 33,000 residences and other buildings of other purposes, and cut down 84,700 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, equivalent to taking off the road 18,140 fossil-fed cars.

Windy Hill has 20 wind turbines with a generating capacity of 12 MW of electricity, providing enough power for about 3,500 homes. The cost of the project was A$20 million. It was the second wind farm to be constructed in Queensland after the 0.45Mw station on Thursday Island (1997).
