Guadalupe is a town located in the northern part of São Tomé Island, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the seat of Lobata District. Its population is 7,604. Guadalupe lies 1.5 km northwest of Agostinho Neto, 10 km east of Neves and 11 km northwest of the capital São Tomé.

Neves is a town on the north west coast of São Tomé Island in São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the seat of the Lembá District. Its population is 10,068 (2012). The main subdivisions of Neves are Benga, Rosema, Água Tomá, Bom Sucesso and Praia de Ponta Figo. It is the site of a deep-water port that was jointly constructed with Nigeria. Neves is home to some of the few industrial facilities on the island, such as a brewery and a power plant fueled by natural gas and solar energy. The plant was built by a consortium from Angola in 2014. It is capable of producing 30 megawatts of gas power and an additional 5 megawatts of solar power.

The population of Santana with the adjacent settlements Cidade Alta, Cova Água, Gomes, Nova Olinda, Picão Flor, Praia Messias Alves, Riboque Santana and Zandrigo is 10,290 (2012). Santana lies 9 km south of the capital São Tomé and 17 km northeast of São João dos Angolares. The islet Ilhéu de Santana lies about 1 km off-shore, 2.5 km southeast of Santana.

Santo António, also known as Santo António do Príncipe, is the main settlement of the island of Príncipe in São Tomé and Príncipe. It lies on the north east coast. It is the capital of the Autonomous Region of Príncipe. Its population is 2,620 (2012), about 35% of the island's population. The town is known for its colonial architecture and for its churches: Church of Our Lady of the Conception and Church of Our Lady of the Rosary. The town is also known for the Auto das Floripes play, which is performed by the citizens.

The town lies 17 km southwest of Santana, 17 km northeast of Porto Alegre and 24 km southwest of the capital São Tomé. The Portuguese-based creole language Angolar (Ngola) is spoken in and around São João dos Angolares. The plantation complex Roça São João has been restored and is now a restaurant, hotel and arts centre. The town's football (soccer) club is UDRA.
