WCat Eyed Boy is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Kazuo Umezu. The story is narrated by the titular cat-eyed boy, hated by both humans and demons, who gets involved in tales of horror including monsters and children. The manga was initially serialized in 1967 in Shōnen Gahōsha's manga magazine Shōnen Gaho and eventually two other magazines, and has been compiled and published several times in different formats. In 2008, Viz Media licensed and released the manga in North America in two omnibus volumes. The manga has also been adapted into an anime series in 1976 and a live-action film in 2006. The manga has been noted for Umezu's grotesque style of Japanese horror storytelling and art. Response to the design of the Viz edition has also been positive.
WCrusher Joe is a series of science fiction novels written by Haruka Takachiho and published by Asahi Sonorama from 1977 to 2005. During the late 1970s one of the founding fathers of Studio Nue, Takachiho, decided that besides being a designer he would try his hand at penning novels. The result was Crusher Joe, a group of antiheroes who were not the typical self-sacrificing types but noble in their own right nonetheless.

WDemon City Shinjuku is a novel by Hideyuki Kikuchi that was adapted into an original video animation (OVA) in 1988, directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri. The title has also been translated as Hell City Shinjuku and Monster City. It was also released as two manga by ADV Manga in 2003 and 2004. The novel was also released in English in 2011 by Digital Manga Publishing, compiled with its sequel Demon Palace Babylon.
WDolls is a collection of short manga stories by Yumiko Kawahara. In the US, it is published by VIZ Media. It was serialized in Nemurenu Yoru no Kimyou na Hanashi, as stated in volume 1 of the English version of Dolls.
WDororon Enma-kun , also known as Satanikus!, is a Japanese horror-comedy anime and manga series created by Go Nagai. It's one of Nagai's most famous works in Japan, although not very well known in the rest of the world. In 2006, it would get a sequel/remake in Demon Prince Enma, which drops the comedy and becomes a full-fledged suspense-horror series. After the OVA was released, another manga version was released called Satanikus ENMA Kerberos by Eiji Toriyama. A remake entitled Dororon Enma-kun MeeraMera aired in Japan in 2011.

It is listed as the third volume in the Junji Ito Horror Comic Collection and was published in English by ComicsOne. The table of contents lists all the stories as originally appearing in Halloween a monthly manga magazine produced by Asahi Sonorama, a Japanese manga, book, and magazine publishing company. The volume was published in Japan on December 25, 1997. It was published in French by Tonkam on June 18, 2008.
WFlock of Angels is a shōjo manga by Shoko Hamada and published by Asahi Sonorama. It was licensed and published into English in for release in North America by Aurora Publishing in 2007. Reception of the English release of the series has been mixed. The artwork has overall been called crude and the plot was the focus of criticism, but reviewers praised the story for its message.

Viz Media published it in North America under its Viz Signature imprint. The Junji Ito Collection anime anthology, which premiered in January 2018, adapts several stories from Fragments of Horror.

It is licensed for an English language release in North America by Aurora Publishing. The English adaptation received mixed reviews with some reviews calling them a good group of horror stories, while others cite the poor quality of them.

WSpeed Racer, also known as Mach GoGoGo , is a Japanese media franchise about automobile racing. Mach GoGoGo was originally serialized in print in Shueisha's 1966 Shōnen Book. It was released in tankōbon book form by Sun Wide Comics and later re-released in Japan by Fusosha. Adapted into anime by Tatsunoko Productions, its 52 episodes aired on Fuji TV from April 1967 to March 1968. In the US, the program aired on ABC. at approximately the same time. The anime was later re-broadcast on Tokyo MX from July 1 to September 25, 2008.

WToward the Terra is a Japanese science fiction manga series by Keiko Takemiya. It was originally serialized in Asahi Sonorama's Gekkan Manga Shōnen magazine, between January 1977 and May 1980. In 1978, it won the first Seiun Award for manga, and in 1980 also won the Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen/shōjo manga.
