Aguamania is a 25,000-square-metre (270,000 sq ft) water park located in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela. It is situated inside a public park of the city known locally as "La Vereda del Lago". It is one of only two water parks in Venezuela and the only water park in the west of the country. There are notable views from the park of the surrounding city.

The Beijing National Aquatics Center, officially known as the National Aquatics Center, and colloquially known as the Water Cube and the Ice Cube, is an aquatics center at the Olympic Green in Beijing, China.

Crazy Water Aqua Fun Park was a water park in the Gaza Strip that served the territory's small wealthy class. The park opened in May 2010 and was burned down by masked men in September 2010, after being closed by the Palestinian Hamas de facto government for allowing men and women to mingle. In July, one Australian newspaper called it "the new sensation" among Gaza's "privileged."

Livu Akvaparks is the largest indoor multifunctional water park in the Baltic States and one of the biggest in Eastern Europe. The water park is one of Latvia's main tourist attractions. It is located in Jūrmala by the river Lielupe and it has over 40 attractions, including about 20 water slides, more than 10 pools of various depths and sizes and a large pool with artificial waves, water park for children, an artificial stream, spa for adults with a cocktail bar, whirlpool, saunas etc.

Munsu Water Park is a state run water park located in the east of Pyongyang, North Korea, which opened to the public in November 2013. The park covers an area of 15 hectares with indoor and outdoor activities available all year round.
Océade was an indoor waterpark in the northwest of Brussels, Belgium and the largest of its kind in the Brussels Capital Region. Established by Océade France as part of 3 park franchise, with the other 2 parks located in France, it was the only park remaining in business after the French parks closed. Running at a loss, the park was acquired by the Walibi Group in 1992, with management experience built up through Aqualibi near Wavre just south of Brussels.

Ocean Water Park is a 5.6 hectare outdoor water park located in Kish Island, Iran. It is the first Iranian themed water park and outdoor water park, themed based on story of the Mystery of the Sun Castle. It opened in January 2017 and has 13 rides, four swimming pools and one spa in addition to two restaurants, four beverage stops and coffee shops and two shopping areas. The Water Park's theming has been implemented under the supervision of Ahmad Jafari, veteran architect and Disney NFFC legend.

Saigon Water Park is a former water park in Thủ Đức District, Ho Chi Minh City. It was the first park of its kind built in the city. The park was situated on Saigon River. It existed from 1997 to 2006.

A splash pad or spray pool is a recreation area, often in a public park, for water play that has little or no standing water. This is said to eliminate the need for lifeguards or other supervision, as there is little risk of drowning.
