
Huascarán National Park is a Peruvian national park that comprises most of the mountain range known as Cordillera Blanca which is part of the central Andes, in the region of Ancash. The park covers an area of 340,000 ha and is managed by the Peruvian Network of Protected Natural Areas: SERNANP. It was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1985 by UNESCO, is also a well-known mountaineering spot and harbors a unique biodiversity with plant species such as the Queen of the Andes, trees of the genera Polylepis and Buddleja, and animals such as spectacled bears, condors, vicunas and tarucas.

Lake 69 is a small lake near of the city of Huaraz, in the region of Áncash, Peru. It is one of the more than 400 lakes that form part of the Huascarán National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site. In the thaw season, the lake is nourished by a waterfall from Chacraraju.

Alpamayo or Shuyturaju is one of the most conspicuous peaks in the Cordillera Blanca of the Peruvian Andes. Alpamayo Creek originates northwest of it.

Artesonraju is a pyramidal mountain peak located near the city of Caraz in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range in the Peruvian Andes. It is located at the Peruvian province of Huaylas and its slopes are within two cities: Santa Cruz and Caraz. Its summit has an elevation of 6,025 metres (19,767 ft). It is one of many prominent peaks located within the boundaries of Peru's Huascarán National Park.

Carhuallún is a mountain located in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, west of Santa Cruz, within Huascarán National Park. It has a height of 5,290 metres (17,356 ft).

The Cordillera Blanca is a mountain range in Peru that is part of the larger Andes range and extends for 200 kilometres (124 mi) between 8°08' and 9°58'S and 77°00' and 77°52'W, in a northwesterly direction. It includes several peaks over 6,000 metres (19,690 ft) high and 722 individual glaciers. The highest mountain in Peru, Huascarán, at 6,768 metres (22,205 ft) high, is located there.

Huapi or Jatunmontepuncu is a mountain located in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, southwest of Pucaranra, within Huascarán National Park. It has a height of 5,421 metres (17,785 ft).

Huascarán or Mataraju is a mountain in the Peruvian province of Yungay, situated in the Cordillera Blanca range of the western Andes. The highest southern summit of Huascarán is the highest point in Peru, the northern Andes, and in all of the earth's Tropics. Huascarán is the fourth highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere and South America after Aconcagua, Ojos del Salado, and Monte Pissis, respectively.

Lake Belaunde, is a natural reservoir of fresh water located in the district of Chacas, Ancash, in the area of the Cordillera Blanca at 4500 meters. It originated from the deglaciation of glacier Yanarahu in 1968. It was renamed in honor of former President Fernando Belaunde Terry who supported the construction of the AN-107 Route, which runs along its banks south and east.

The Llanganuco Lakes, Chinancocha and Orconcocha, are situated in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. They are located in Ancash Region, Yungay Province, Yungay District, about 25 km north-east of Yungay. The lakes are part of Huascarán National Park.

Paccharaju is a mountain of 5,744 m (18,845 ft) of elevation in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. In other maps it is shown as comprising two peaks: Rocotuyo of 5,749 m (18,862 ft) and Rayococha of 5,460 m (17,913 ft). It is located between the provinces of Asunción Province and Carhuaz, in Ancash; southwest of mount Tarush Kancha, inside Huascarán National Park.

Parón, is a 5,600-metre-high (18,373 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. Parón lies in Huascarán National Park, northeast of Pirámide.

Lake Parón is the largest lake in the Cordillera Blanca, on the Peruvian Andes, 32 km E from the city Caraz, at 4185 m asl.

Puka Hirka is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, about 4,800 m (15,700 ft) high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Bolognesi Province, Aquia District, northeast of Pastururi.

Tarush Huachanan is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, 5,205 m (17,077 ft) high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Asunción Province, Chacas District, and in the Huari Province, Huari District. Tarush Huachanan lies in the Huascarán National Park, northeast of Perlilla.

Tarushcancha or Chaqchipuncu is a 5,345-metre-high (17,536 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Asunción Province, Chacas District. Tarushcancha lies in Huascarán National Park, northeast of Atlante and southeast of Yacuihuarmi.

Urus, also known as Yanaraju, is a 5,423-metre-high (17,792 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It located between Carhuaz and Huaraz provinces, in Ancash. Urus lies in Huascarán National Park, west of Tocllaraju.

Vicos or Paccharuri is a 5,315 m (17,438 ft) high mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Carhuaz Province, Marcara District. Paccharuri lies in the Huascarán National Park, southwest of Copa and southeast of Lake Lejiacocha.

Yanarrajo (possibly from Quechua yana black, rahu snow, ice, mountain with snow, "black snow peak" is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, about 5,055 metres high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Yungay Province, in the districts Yanama and Yungay. Yanarrajo lies in the Huascarán National Park, south-west of Yanapaccha, near the Llanganuco Lakes.
