The film describes a fictional attack on the United States by its own government, working in concert with a global Elitist organization and the United Nations. Heavin has said that he regards the events in the film as a "very real threat".
WAmerika is an American television miniseries that was broadcast in 1987 on ABC. The miniseries inspired a novelization entitled Amerika: The Triumph of the American Spirit. Amerika starred Kris Kristofferson, Mariel Hemingway, Sam Neill, Robert Urich, and a 17-year-old Lara Flynn Boyle in her first major role. Amerika was about life in the United States after a bloodless takeover engineered by the Soviet Union. Not wanting to depict the actual takeover, ABC Entertainment president, Brandon Stoddard, set the miniseries ten years after the event, focusing on the demoralized U.S. people a decade after the Soviet conquest. The intent, he later explained, was to explore the U.S. spirit under such conditions, not to portray the conflict of the Soviet coup.
WThe Animatrix is a 2003 adult animated science fiction anthology film produced by the Wachowskis. It is a compilation of nine animated short films based on The Matrix film series, which was written and produced by the Wachowskis. Four of the shorts were also written by the Wachowskis. The film details the backstory of The Matrix series, including the original war between humanity and machines which led to the creation of the titular Matrix, in addition to providing side stories that expand the universe and tie into the main film series. Since the anthology's release, multiple franchises have partaken in similar projects over the years.
WAnswered by Fire is a two-part television film based on the 1999 East Timor conflicts that led to East Timor's independence. The film is based on "Dancing with the Devil, A personal Account of Policing the East Timor Vote for Independence", which was written by David Savage, an Australian Federal Police Officer, who was based in Maliana during the vote, and where the fictional "Nunura " is based, and who returned to East Timor to lead investigations into the Crimes Against Humanity committed there. The book is Published by Monash University Asia Institute, Melbourne. David Savage was a technical and script consultant during the filming, and played a minor role. It stars David Wenham, Isabelle Blais, and Alex Tilman. It is a co-production between ABC in Australia and CBC in Canada, and was shown in Portugal on RTP as Timor: A Ferro e Fogo with Portuguese subtitles. It has also been shown on the Australia Network, which is available in Indonesia via satellite and cable, as well as other countries in Asia and the Pacific, and ION Television in the United States. It was released on DVD in Brazil as Resposta à Bala with a dubbed soundtrack in Portuguese.

It is the first installment in The Art of War film series. The film's title refers to the ancient Chinese text of the same name by war strategist Sun Tzu. WThe Whistleblower is a 2010 Canadian-German-American biographical crime drama film directed by Larysa Kondracki and starring Rachel Weisz. Kondracki and Eilis Kirwan wrote the screenplay, which was inspired by the story of Kathryn Bolkovac, a Nebraska police officer who was recruited as a United Nations peacekeeper for DynCorp International in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1999. While there, she discovered a Bosnian sex trafficking ring serving DynCorp employees, with international peacekeepers turning a blind eye. Bolkovac was fired and forced out of the country after attempting to shut down the ring. She took the story to BBC News in the UK and won a wrongful dismissal lawsuit against DynCorp.
WWorld War III is a 1998 German alternate history television pseudo-documentary, directed by Robert Stone and distributed by ZDF. An English version was also made, which aired on TLC in May 1999. It depicts what might have transpired if, following the overthrow of Mikhail Gorbachev, Soviet troops, under orders from a new hard-line regime, had opened fire on demonstrators in Berlin in the fall of 1989 and precipitated World War III. The film mixes real footage of world leaders and archive footage of combat exercises and news events, with newly shot footage of citizens, soldiers, and political staff.
