The upcoming core series game, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, will be released on January 28, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch. It is a prequel to the 2006 Nintendo DS games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. A paid Downloadable Content pack was released in 2020 for Pokémon Sword and Shield.

The games are part of the eighth generation of the Pokémon video game series and were developed by ILCA and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch. The games were released on 19 November 2021. They were announced as part of the Pokémon 25th Anniversary event, alongside Pokémon Legends: Arceus. They are the first main Pokémon games to be developed by a different company instead of Game Freak.
WPokémon Colosseum is a role-playing video game developed by Genius Sonority, published by The Pokémon Company and distributed by Nintendo as part of the Pokémon series. It was released for the GameCube on November 21, 2003, in Japan; March 22, 2004, in North America; and May 14, 2004, in Europe. Unlike previous titles, the game does not feature random encounters with Pokémon; instead, the player can steal ("snag") the Pokémon of other Pokémon Trainers. The game also features several battle modes for single-player and multiplayer gameplay.

WPokémon Go is a 2016 augmented reality (AR) mobile game developed and published by Niantic in collaboration with Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for iOS and Android devices. A part of the Pokémon franchise, the game is the result of a collaboration between Niantic, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company. It uses mobile devices with GPS to locate, capture, train, and battle virtual creatures, called Pokémon, which appear as if they are in the player's real-world location. The game is free-to-play; it uses a freemium business model combined with local advertising and supports in-app purchases for additional in-game items. The game launched with around 150 species of Pokémon, which had increased to around 700 by 2021.
WThe GO Battle League, sometimes shortened to the GBL, is a feature in Pokémon GO which allows for competitive, online trainer battles. This was introduced by Niantic on January 28, 2020. The GO Battle League takes course over a Battle League Season so that the league can provide different tournaments, cups, and rewards each and every season. Only trainers who are above level 10 can participate.

It is an enhanced version of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and is part of the fourth generation of the Pokémon video game series. It was released in Japan on September 13, 2008, and later in North America, Australia, and Europe in 2009. The developers made Platinum with the intent of making it a stronger version of Diamond and Pearl, which they described as the "ultimate" Pokémon titles.
WPokémon Home, stylized Pokémon HOME, is both a free mobile app and a Nintendo Switch game developed by ILCA and published by The Pokémon Company, part of the Pokémon series, released in February 2020. Its main use is providing cloud-based storage for Pokémon. It also serves as a replacement for the 'Global Trading System' (GTS) that was excluded from Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, and provides the ability to transfer Pokémon from the previous storage system, Pokémon Bank for the Nintendo 3DS, as well as Pokémon Go, onto the Switch.

In Western regions it was titled Pokémon Stadium 2, as it was the second Stadium game to be released outside Japan, in which it was the third game in the series. It supports Dolby Surround sound.

They are the first installments in the seventh generation of the Pokémon video game series. First announced in February 2016, Sun and Moon were released worldwide on 18 November 2016, commemorating the franchise's 20th anniversary. It is the successor of the GameCube game Pokémon Colosseum. The game takes place in Orre, the setting of Pokémon Colosseum's adventure mode. All of the Game Boy Advance Pokémon games can connect to this game through trading and Battle Mode.

It is an enhanced version of Pokémon Red and Blue and is part of the first generation of the Pokémon video game series. It was first released in Japan on September 12, 1998, in Australia and North America in 1999 and in Europe in 2000. Along with the release of Pokémon Yellow, a special edition yellow Pokémon-themed Game Boy Color was also released. Pokémon Yellow is loosely based on the anime.
