WThe Balloon Federation of America (BFA) is a 501c3 non-profit group for the advancement of lighter-than-air aviation which includes hot air and gas balloons. Founded in 1960, located in Indianola, Iowa. The BFA partners with the National Balloon Museum to induct outstanding individuals into the United States Ballooning Hall of Fame. The Federation presents multiple awards including the Ed Yost Master Pilot Award and the National Crew Person Award. The BFA facilitates balloon events by providing advice and guidance on FAA compliance.

WThis List of Canadian Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame Inductees was created by the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association (CPRA) for the Canadian Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame to recognize extraordinary athletes, both human and animal, in the sport of rodeo. It was founded in 1979 to honor and distinguish these individuals as well as the builders in the Canadian rodeo arena. The Canadian Rodeo Historical Association qualifies the inductees. The Canadian Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame is located at the Calnash Trucking Ag Event Centre in Ponoka, Alberta. Many artifacts from the varied history of rodeo are on display there.

WThe Hall of Great Western Performers is a Hall of Fame at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. It is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and sometimes referred to as the "Western Performers Hall of Fame". It is a 4,000-square-foot (370 m2) presentation that explores the various ways the west has been interpreted in literature and film. After years of planning and construction, the LHOF opened on June 28, 2013. Lieutenant Governor Jay Dardenne, whose office handles state tourism matters, was on hand for the grand opening.

As of 2019, a total of 482 individuals have been inducted since the first class in 1982. Because there is a huge pool of potential candidates, it is considered a very exclusive hall of fame.

WThe Norwich City F.C. Hall of Fame honours Norwich City F.C. players, coaches, managers, directors and executives who have "made the greatest contribution to the club in its long history both on and off the pitch." During the club's centenary season (2002–03), a Hall of Fame was created. Initially, 100 significant figures from the club's history were honoured; 25 were nominated by the Norwich City Football Club Historical Trust and a further 75 were subsequently elected by supporters. A further 20 members were inducted in 2006 and 2009, again with some chosen by the Trust and some elected by supporters. In 2012, another eight members were selected, three by the Norwich City Football Club Historical Trust and five elected by supporters.
WThe O'ahu Cattlemen's Association Paniolo Hall of Fame, also known as the Hawai'i Paniolo Hall of Fame, is a cowboy hall of fame sponsored by the O'ahu Cattlemen's Association on the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i. Established in 1999, the Paniolo Hall of Fame recognizes individuals "for their contribution to the paniolo heritage and for perpetuating the industry".
WThe Original Hockey Hall of Fame, formerly the International Hockey Hall of Fame, was founded on September 10, 1943, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. On April 25, 1941, a report in the Montreal Gazette stated that the movement to establish the Hall of Fame was "started by Fred Corcoran to have something similar for hockey now that baseball and golf have their own hall of fame." With the movement started a city would need to be named to house the Hall of Fame. Kingston was chosen thanks to James T. Sutherland’s passionate argument that Kingston was the birthplace of hockey stating:There may be some who still claim sundry and diverse places as being the authentic spot or locality. Whatever measure of merit the claim of other places may have, I think it is generally admitted and has been substantially proven on many former occasions that the actual birthplace of organized hockey is the city of Kingston, in the year 1888.
WThe ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy was opened in August 1979 as a museum designed to "preserve the legacy of the cowboy contests, the heritage and culture of those original competitions, and the champions of the past, present and future." It is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and only inducts Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Women's Professional Rodeo Association members. It is the "only museum in the world devoted exclusively to the sport of professional rodeo."
WThe Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) created the ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy to recognize extraordinary athletes, both human and animal, in the sport of rodeo. Induction into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame is the highest honor for rodeo contestants participating in the PRCA today. Contestants are honored in several categories on a yearly basis. The hall opened its doors in 1979. Since 1979, 250 people, 31 animals and 27 rodeo committees have been inducted. More than 100 are nominated each year, only a few are selected.

WThe Dome at America's Center, known locally throughout its existence simply as "The Dome" or more recently "The BattleDome", is a multi-purpose stadium used for concerts, major conventions, and sporting events in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Previously known as the Trans World Dome from 1995 to 2001, and the Edward Jones Dome from 2002 to 2016, it was constructed largely to lure an NFL team back to St. Louis and to serve as a convention space.

Established in 1998, the hall of fame was created to honor those individuals who, throughout its history, made significant contributions or distinguished themselves in their performances to the rodeo. Inductees include champions, stock contractors, committee personnel, and livestock.
WThe Texas Trail Hall of Fame is a cowboy hall of fame. Established in 1997, the hall is located at 208 N.W. 24th Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76164. The hall honors individuals who have contributed to the Western way of life. The Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District is the home of the hall. It is also where bronze inlaid markers are placed for each inductee. The markers are created to resemble a frontier marshall's badge. Each inductee's name is inscribed on the marker. New inductees are honored each year during ceremonies at the Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering and Western Swing Festival.
WThe Colorado Buffaloes are the athletic teams that represent the University of Colorado. The university sponsors 17 varsity sports teams. Both the men's and women's teams are called the Buffaloes or, rarely, the Golden Buffaloes. "Lady Buffs" referred to the women's teams beginning in the 1970s, but was officially dropped in 1993. The nickname was selected by the campus newspaper in a contest with a $5 prize in 1934 won by Andrew Dickson of Boulder. The university participates as a member of the Pac-12 Conference at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level. Rick George was announced as the sixth athletic director in program history on July 17, 2013, following the resignation of Mike Bohn, and after an interim appointment by former Women's Basketball Head Coach former deputy Athletic Director Ceal Barry. Colorado has won 29 national championships in its history, with 20 in skiing, the most recent coming in 2015. It was ranked #14 of "America's Best Sports College" in a 2002 analysis performed by Sports Illustrated. The University does not have men's baseball, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, or volleyball programs.

WRobert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium is a defunct multi-purpose stadium in Washington, D.C. It is located about two miles (3 km) due east of the U.S. Capitol building, near the west bank of the Anacostia River and next to the D.C. Armory. Opened 60 years ago in 1961, it was owned by the federal government until 1986.
WThe Wyoming Cowboy Hall of Fame is a cowboy hall of fame. Established in 2013, the Wyoming Cowboy Hall of Fame exists to enrich Wyoming's cowboy and ranch heritage through various means as it sees fit. Its main purpose in doing this is to recognize individuals in the state who established the first trails and brought this culture here.

He is the third youngest son of Yip Sang, a prominent Chinese merchant and paymaster of CP Railway, in Vancouver in the 1900s.
