
The Aguarico River Bridge is a pedestrian suspension bridge over the Aguarico River in Sucumbíos Province, El Oriente, Ecuador. It is 264 m long and was designed by Toni Rüttimann. It is an example of community work and was made from materials discarded by the petroleum industry that operates in the area.

The Malvina House hotel is a hotel located on Ross Road, Stanley in the Falkland Islands. It now occupies the site of a house built by John James Felton in 1880, John Felton being one of the original Chelsea Pensioners sent to the islands in 1849. He named the building Malvina House after his daughter Malvina, Malvina being an old Scottish name. The original building was demolished in the late 1960s but part of the structure remains and was incorporated into the hotel.

The oldest wing of the hospital burnt down on Monday, May 10, 2010, at 7 am. In 2020, the hospital opened a specialized COVID-19 treatment ward.

The Takutu River Bridge is a bridge across the Takutu River, linking Lethem in Guyana to Bonfim in Brazil. It was completed in 2009 and opened on 31 July 2009. Its official inauguration was on 14 September 2009, in the presence of leaders of both countries. It cost US$5 million and was paid for by Brazil. The bridge was a project within the Initiative for the Integration of the Regional Infrastructure of South America.

Velero Bridge, also known as "El Velero", is a bridge in Guayaquil, Ecuador. One of the prominent landmarks of the city, especially when lit up at night, it was inaugurated on July 27, 2005. It forms part of the route of the Guayaquil Marathon.
