WThe Pequeño Reyes del Aire Tournament is an annual wrestling tournament promoted by the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and has been held since 2007, holding two tournaments in 2012, and one every other year. The tournament includes a varying number of wrestlers, competing in a Torneo cibernetico match, essentially a multi-man elimination match with the last competitor remaining is declared that year's Pequeño Rey del Aire and is given a trophy. The match is based on CMLL's Reyes del Aire tournament which has an identical purpose, format and award. The winner is not normally awarded with a match for the CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship or the Mexican National Lightweight Championship, the two Mini-Estrellas championships that CMLL promotes, as a direct result of their tournament victory but has as times been used to build but either a championship match or storylines between rival wrestlers.

The event took place on July 12, 2010 at the Plaza de Toros Lauro Luis Longoria bullring and commemorated the 1st anniversary of Promociones Gutierrez. The focal point of the event was a Ruleta de la Muerte tournament, in which five teams of Parejas Incredibles participate in an elimination match to see which team would have to face off in a Lucha de Apuestas, mask vs. mask match. The team of Místico and El Oriental lost the Ruleta de la Muerte and was forced to wrestle each other immediately after the Ruleta match. In the end Místico defeated El Oriental to unmask him.

The twist in this Parejas Suicida was it was an Intergender tag team match which forced a man to wrestle a woman in the ensuing match. Also featured on the card was a 3-way tag team match for an opportunity at the AAA Mascot Tag Team Championship. The three teams vying for that opportunity were Abismo Negro and Mini Abismo Negro, El Alebrije and Cuije and the team of the Monsther and Chucky. They would face the reigning Mascot champions, Máscara Ságrada and Mascarita Sagrada, the same night.

The main focus of the 2007 Rey de Reyes show was the finals of the Rey de Reyes tournament and a match between the Stable "Los Hell Brothers" and the "Outsider" group known as La Legión Extranjera. The undercard included a storyline between Billy Boy and his real life father-in-law Gran Apache, which culminated in a Lucha de Apuestas match where both wrestlers put their hair on the line.
