Center 66, developed by Hang Lung Properties, is located in Chong'an District, the central business district of Wuxi, close to the junction of Zhongshan Lu and Renmin Zhong Lu, the city's two busiest commercial streets. It is a mixed-use development consists of office and retail. The retail component was opened in late 2013.

The Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island is the newest addition to the Hotel Indigo chain of boutique hotels, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, which is promoted as being "the industry's first branded boutique hotel experience".

The Mandarin Oriental Chengdu is a supertall skyscraper on hold in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in southwest China. It will be 333 metres (1,092.5 ft) tall. Construction started in 2013.

Ocean Heights is a supertall residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE. The tower stands 310 m (1,017 ft) tall with 83 floors. The tower is designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas. The building was topped out on 22 December 2009, and completed in 2010. Currently Ocean Heights is the fifth-tallest residential building in the world, and fourth-tallest residential building in Dubai, behind The Marina Torch, and HHHR Tower.

Olympia 66 is a retail building in Xigang District of Dalian, China, designed by Aedas, which began construction in 2011. It is located on Wusi Road, one of the main commercial avenues in Dalian. Completed in 2015, Olympia 66 has 221,900 square meters of shopping, dining and entertainment space.

The Pentominium is a 122-storey, 516 m (1,693 ft) supertall skyscraper on hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction on the tower has been halted since August 2011. It was designed by Andrew Bromberg of architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings. The AED 1.46 billion construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

The R&F Centre is a 54-storey 243 m (797 ft) office skyscraper, designed by Aedas, on Huaxia Road in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The glass and steel tower is modeled after a jade vase. Construction began in 2005 and it was completed in 2007.

Starlight Place, is a shopping mall located in Chongqing, People's Republic of China. Designed by the architectural firm Aedas, it officially opened in 2012.
