WJiwan Kada Ki Phool' is a book and Madan Puraskar winner written by Jhamak Ghimire about her own story. It has been printed seven times within two years making it the Nepali best seller of all time. It has also received many other awards. The book is inspirational and encouraging and has something for everyone to learn from. It has recently been translated into English as “A flower in the midst of thorns”. It is all about her life and the difficulties she faced. It is really good to read.
WMine for Keeps is a 1962 book by the Canadian children's author Jean Little. At the time she wrote Mine for Keeps, Little was teaching in a school for the disabled and she had written the book after becoming tired of reading her students books in which disabled child characters either meet deaths or recover completely.
WMy Left Foot is the 1954 autobiography of Christy Brown, who was born with cerebral palsy on 5 June 1932 in Dublin, Ireland. As one of 13 surviving children, Brown went on to be an author, painter and poet.

It is also an early example of discourse on disability politics, treatment of the disabled throughout history, and hit-or-miss relations and perceptions between the disabled and able-bodied communities.

Starring O'Connell, the series is a semi-autobiographical account of his life as a gay man with cerebral palsy pursuing new friendships, relationships, and self-sufficiency. It based on O'Connell's memoir I'm Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves.
WStuck in Neutral is a young adult novel by Terry Trueman. It focuses deeply on the subject of cerebral palsy, quality of life, and euthanasia. The main character is Shawn McDaniel, a fourteen-year-old who has cerebral palsy. The story, told from Shawn's perspective, also focuses on how his family copes with the condition. Shawn's mother, brother, sister, and father are all talked about in the book. Stuck in Neutral received recognition as an Honor Book for the Michael L. Printz Award in 2001.
